    I'd be Ok with Gross/Dillion, but be nice if that was the production we got out of the #7 spot.

    It was brought up that this team needs ob% to be in front of Braun/Prince/Hart et al. That could be someone to hit leadoff and have Rickie hit #2 or the other way around. That would put JJ #6 (I assume)...could be a real soild 1-6...

    What Clancy said. I really like the idea of a guy on the bench who can give us a 3rd catcher. That flexibility could have help some in the'07 season.

    I know this makes me old, but I sort of miss the old AL East days. Not that it would be good for th 'Crew to still be in with those teams, but back in the day it was a lot of fun.

    I'd go with what Clancy said. I'd assume we would be in the market for a RH bat to play with Gabe and I guess TGJ can be the #5 OF, so long as no crazy ideas float to actually let him play a lot.

    Maybe more my heart then head, but I'd almost be willing to give Boras the blank contract and let him tell me how much we are going to pay for Prince. If I were to pick two, Prince and Braun. No question.

    Since this is the first time in 15 years the 'Crew has printed playoff tickets...it's all good. I know that back in '02 I'd been real ahppy even being in the mix. Just once I'm going to exercise perspective.
