    I'm not going to lie. First time I saw this I thought it said, Corey Knebel to the Rangers.

    I don't have any data to back this up but my guess is about 10% of these types of FA deals favor the team and the other 90% favor the players. Free agent deals rarely end up being worth it when you go to 5 years. I imagine it would take a while to compile but take a FA cost and a stat of ones choosing (WAR I'd assume) Set up parameters what's considered in whose favor and crunch the numbers. If the going rate was 8 or so million per WAR, I'd probably start there.

    Unlike the Bucks' rule of two, the Brewers are employing a 'there can only be one' strategy (Guerra,Anderson, etc) In all seriousness, like most deals depending on the amount this is probably a really good signing.

    I learned this in college. The standard English language doesnt have a unique 2nd person plural. You (singular) is the same as You (plural). I'm no southerner, but I will use you all or y'all when I want to emphasize the plurality of the term.

    The other side of the coin, is that any small losing streak, and you're already on the hot seat. I'm not so sure about that. Garrett has gotten an extremely long leash, much more so than I would have expected from Jerry Jones. For all his faults, Jerry hasn't shown impatience with his head coaches. Highly Publicized Scutiny I'd probably a better phrase than hotseat.

    That was quite the pantsing of the Clippers. The crowd was absolutely electric in the 2nd half.

    I liken him to Hoffman. Granted, Hoffman's 2nd year was not good to say the least but even though Trevor was inducted into the HOF, it wasn't because of his time in Milwaukee.

    If according to the Oscar Meyer song, that they wished to be a wiener, how would that work? If you are just a regular sausage, you won't know everybody is in love with you. If you are a hotdog with cognition, that has to be completely horrible, being stuck inside of a hot dog. Would you feel pain, being eaten? This is what happens when I can't sleep

    Well, once he puts his Hancock on the contract anyway. His future is certainly looking Bright. And once he joins the rest of the Bad Boys of the Bullpen, he can either declare that "I am Legend" or if things doesn't go well, be part of the Suicide Squad.

    According to Beltran he denied any knowledge of the electronic stealing scheme, but had this to say, "The game of baseball for years, guys have given location and if the catchers get lazy and the pitcher doesn't cover the signs from second base [then] of course players are going to take advantage.     Here in Racine, Chick-Fil-A opened up a stand alone restaurant and closed their restaurant inside the mall. Tons of people flocked to the new location like it never existed before.

    If I understand the rules right, even a legit 2 way player that starts out, has to only pitch in extra innings or bombs in games before he can be eligible to be considered for 2 way player status NEXT YEAR
