    Turang in particular never seems to challenge pitches he should.

    even if he doesn't hit the ball hard, I always feel good with him at the plate against righties. Seems to make good swing decisions. At least to my eye test.

    I don't understand how Tyler Black seems to look better against big-league pitching than he does against AAA pitching.

    don't know if anyone noticed, but during the FOX broadcast the other day, ken rosenthal speculated the brewers could go after tarik skubal at the deadline.

    i'm actually surprised his chase rate is considered elite; he seems to chase a lot of high fastballs out of the zone.

    I mean, he hits lefties, and he plays a quality center field. That isn't nothing. Not a guy you just 'let go'.

    yeah, the minimal upgrade from shaw to bregman isn't anywhere near worth the contract bregman got. They could have used those funds better elsewhere... like the pitching staff.

    I could be wrong, but i believe that one poster on this site that posts in the minor league forum often, was complimentary of his outfield defense in the minors last season.
