  1. I said makeable. He's been brutal at the plate tonight.
  2. I pray to god we do not bring Cameron back. 0-3 tonight with a makeable play in CF.
  3. Weeks defense is probably #1 reason.
  4. Brewerfan favorite Cameron 0 - 2 leading off and a misplays a catchable in center for a double. Also, I see Sveum believes in Iron Man duty still for 25 games in a row catching for Kendall.
  5. Why shouldn' Melvin be on the hotseat? After last year's collasol collapse he stuck by Ned. He wasted money on Riske and Gagne and did little to fix a BP before the deadline. Then who can forget the couple games Tavarez blew in his early season pickup.
  6. So if we don't make the playoffs, how should the trade be evaluated? IMO it matters because when you add players given up a top notch #1 prospect playoffs is the goal and Melvin should be evaluated on that alone. The fact of the matters is he did little improve an awful bullpen this year wasting money on total disasters. While Jason Kendall may be a good defensive C, his lack of bat subtracts offense from the team.
  7. If we don't make the playoffs. IMO #1 reason Doug Melvin should not be back this year.
  8. I still want to know why Kremblas was let go. I don't know what more the guy had to do to get the chance to manage here. I am tired of bringing in former Brewers to coach. Let it go.
  9. Then make sure you add KKKKKKKKKKKKKameron's multitude of SO's. Again, the Brewers SO way too much and adding another bat with a hole in a it was dumb.
  10. And another rant is how we watched a real CF with speed do the little things to win. KKKKameron!
  11. I want Doug Melvin and Gord Ash accountable. I was on the fire Ned bandwagon in 2006 for failure. Then these two clueless hounds release Kremblas who has succeeded as a coach. He had a pretty much bare cubbard at AAA this year. But instead we look to hire every former Brewer as a coach in the majors. I bet the Rock gets the job next. Unreal. I am also tired of the fans in complete denial about the failures that the GM has had such as Cameron in CF K'ing non-stop, Gagne, Riske, Counsell as the utility player, and other major screwups....
  12. Who is running the team? You tell the guy to move. Sorry but this is why Doug and Ned deserve the door!
  13. I see the hack Cameron gets another free pass? Can people not see how much better Shane Victorino is compared to Mike? How many K's did the guy have today? And then his pathetic play to start the DH? The guy's arm stinks.
  14. Me too. What harm would it have possibly done putting anyone else in there with two outs? He has Salome and Rivera for a reason. And Rottino...but who's counting. I find it embarassing that Kendall is the Brewers season leader in games caught as catcher over Porter and Simmons. Leave it to Ned. In the last two weeks, the Brewers, I mean Ned, has left Kendall in to hit late in games with these guys on the bench. After last night, Ben Sheets now had more at bats this season than the backup catcher who has one of the highest BA and OBP on the team. Frustrating.
  15. Ned may be a stats guy, but I have never seen a guy that refuses to go with stats instead of veterans in those situations. It's those decisions alone that call for a firing regardless of how the Brewers do.
  16. Which obviously cancels out his excellent numbers so far. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif .247 and the amount of SO's are excellent? Pass me some of that Kool-Aid.
  17. http://www.baseball-reference.com/c/camermi01.shtml Those are terrific postseason #'s and he didn't do much for San Diego who folded like the Vikes last year.
  18. Yeah and he's also got averaging 1.16 K's a game. I want someone to put the ball in play especially with runner's on.
  19. Ned doesn't care about winning if it means hurting the vets feelings. See playing Kevin Mench down the stretch two years ago along with playing Wes Helms when he was here. Also, who can forget letting Mench hit against Dempster last year?
  20. Cameron is not a big game player. Just look at his postseason stats. If Lou PInella likes him, Mr Failure, then some thing is wrong.
  21. Resign immediately so the Brewers have a chance. Why continue to play Kameron and Hall when they have been black holes?
  22. 0-4 tonight with 3 K's and the first two were killers.
  23. Clemente is dead. If you also remember Kameron misplayed another ball into a triple. But I'm sure just like your statements about how LuCroy would be at best a backup catcher, you'll ignore.
  24. Just curious as to where I said Hamilton was better than Cameron. Hamilton put the ball in play something that Cameron can not consistently do.
