I am also glad I picked up a bunch of Mat Gamel autographed cards the last couple weeks to resell for this very moment! Ahhh capitalism :-| Does that stuff really go up in value just because he gets called up?

As for Mitch... waste of MLB money if you ask me. As for all the tools over at NSBB that think Braun is a what they say he is (rules here are stiffer than there, or anywhere for that matter), keep talking because you will be begging your GM at the time to give him whatever it takes to sign him in 5 years. Like Aramis Ramirez doesn't admire every single one of his home runs. DSDB Cubs fans, go figure.

The whole Cardinals organization reminds me of a bunch of grouchy codgers, looking for things that irritate them and complain about it. They wouldn't care much about the untuckem if they would have beaten the Brewers last year. They are bitter because the Brewers have a better team right now (even though the record doesn't show it yet).

It didn't appear to be profanity, but Fielder could easily hear them as there are only 50 or so people at the ballpark. After rewinding it, it sounds like they were chanting "Cecil"

It gave me a laugh as well. Both Brian and Bill were drooling over Rickie the rest of the game after he hit the go ahead homer. It sure will be good timing for Rickie to breakout this year, seeing a huge payday come his way. I just hope he can produce down the stretch, and not just get paid on his April-August performance (i.e. Ben Sheets).

I still hate Dish, but even the Brewers made SD look awesome tonight. Keep it rolling, pitching looking great. Nothing better than baseball... sky is falling one week, everything coming up roses the next.
