  1. Like most things, health and productivity will be the determining factors with this. Either for the Brewers or him playing elsewhere.
  2. This won’t do any good. And I totally agree with you with what you said. But those crap comments just get passed over all the time around here and they are really only made by a select few who choose to drag this place down to the filth of twitter.
  3. Yeah Why the crap is he ever starting in LF? Rest Braun, rest Cain, but do it on different days and play gamel Exactly. It’s just a joke lately with some of this stuff.
  4. Having Tyler Saladino on this roster is not ideal. Having him out of left field starting games is just gross. Man, I thought our depth and roster was better than this.
  5. How come guys aren’t flocking to come play with Giannis? Is it a Milwaukee thing? I would have though big names and great role players would love to hook onto him.
  6. Greinke is the type of move that would either be awesome because he would defy just about all the rules with older pitchers that have thrown a lot of innings or a move that would be the beginning of the end of this “window”.
  7. Right now the bench consists of three pretty horrible offensive players in Saladino, Pina, and Aguilar. Gamel has been great but he really has been the only dependable bat coming from the bench. Even Braun has been terrible coming in as a sub this year (Although, he is a starter for the most part). This year’s team could use another Jerry Hairston/Gerardo Parra type player coming from the bench. Could go a long way, especially if they do make the playoffs. Make it as tough as we can late in games to get those last outs.
  8. Wait ... I thought this was a bad team? It's all I've seen the last few weeks! Well, most fans know the talent is there for this team. Just gotta find a bit of consistency lately and we’ll be alright.
  9. Woooooooooohoooooooo!!! Seems like a great time to get hot and win a couple of series heading into the break. Great start!
  10. There are 96 pitchers with more relief appearances than Hader so far. There are 18 pitchers with more innings in relief to this point. Only three of his 31 appearances have come on consecutive days. He threw a total of 63 pitches over the nine days prior to today.
  11. You just had to... I'm not crediting anyone specifically here, just in general their pitching, to be that good in this ballpark, how? It seems like Coors Field. I think you have to give credit. I mean he did it a year ago and is doing it in a brand new place. I’m not all up right on him leaving as it seemed to be what he wanted.
  12. Glad Frank got paid. Needs to take a step forward with his game though.
  13. I've been wondering the same...could actually really use the gio they got for the first handful of starts he gave them Also, not sure if I like a 2 inning save attempt by hader here...hope he can get it done Yeah not sure why we are doing it. Easy to question after a homer but it didn’t seem necessary today.
  14. Let me guess. Houser is the 7th Ace? Didn’t call him an Ace. Mid-rotation or better is what I said. And a lot of people outside of this site agree. Scouts and the crew brain trust being a few. He’s not goin anywhere, he’ll be in the rotation moving forward. Can you provide any sources to these scouts? If you do a quick good search on him, many articles written even in the last week questioning why the Brewers would make this move as he was doing well in the pen.
  15. Aguilar has missed a lot of balls this year period. Fastballs down the middle, hanging breaking balls, pitches way outside the zone. It is to the point where I was slightly impressed he hit a fly out to the outfield. He didn't strikeout or roll over a weak ground ball Another guy that it’s too bad there’s no option on. Not getting enough PT to really fix anything up with us and not doing a damn thing for us.
