Blues outplayed pretty much all series. Preds fans, while enthusiastic, might become the new annoying fan base. Their production from their defensemen has been second to none.

So with a 4-WAR at $7mil per WAR, he is worth $28mil. Fun stuff. -
I don't think 40 at bats is a very good bearing for what anyone can do at the major league level. If Franklin stinks come late June or July, fine. But he is our 25th man on the roster. They don't effect much.

He was a 4.5 WAR player a year ago and has smoked the ball this season again. If he stays relatively healthy, he'll be about a 4-WAR player or so. -
I see what a lot of others have in the potential of Santana's bat but he drives me nuts with his ho-hum appearance on the field. That being said, its way too early to start thinking about replacing him.

Wow. Stearns off the hook with that signing. A million bucks while in baseball terms is light, still have be used elsewhere. And it gaurentees that he won't be pitching anymore for us. Win-win! -

Its 10 pm but only the 5th so I can justify cracking open another beer so its fine by me on a Friday....and I go do so and find a large package of Bacon in the fridge covering my beer supply. Great job wife. Oh I'll watch. And I'll have an extra beer or two.

How could you not be drunk after a three hour delay? The Pirates social media should've sent out a text saying gates are open, fill up the park. Oh yeah and dollar dogs too.

I find shoes for $35-$40 that do the job. They all wear out the same.
