Hopefully Peralta will take another step forward today. Whether that be for the Brewers or for a future team.

Pressley has been stinging the ball so far. Maybe its because Flores has been so bad but he's looked solid. Niewenhuis has done a fine job so far too. Maybe he's contact challenged but he's done a solid job.

This team is not going to lose 106 games...or even close to that unless we trade Lucroy/Braun and trot out the worst offense in history. We have pitchers with 7+ERAs and that isn't going to last. We are not well over 100 losses bad. The team has an ERA of 5.60 and a team batting average of 225. They are on pace for 100 losses and that's with Luc and a healthy Braun. 106 losses is a special kind of horrible, and even I'm not going there but don't count these guys out just yet. I think his point to some extent is don't be a prisoner to the moment. Easy to be reactionary towards this team over the last week because of how bad they have been. The pitching while not good, will get better. The hitters, the same. It's baseball. It all evens out eventually.

Yeah that lazy bloop will get him even more starting time with Counsell.

Can't put Flores and Niewenhuis in the same sentence. Kirk has done a decent job so far while Flores has been flat out awful, yet it's Kirk who can't seem to get any constant playing time. Counsell is beginning to annoy.

Can Walsh just get some regular playing time so we can find out about this guy. I am impressed the fact that he has stay so patient receiving an AB per game. Most guys that are on the bench so much don't maintain their eye at the plate. Counsell is doing this guy no good by what has taken place this season so far.

Didn't we just do this during the offseason? We have a new pitching coach that probably needs more than 25 games to make judgement on.

Man I hope Lucroy can find some power for a month or two so we can get him off this team. I'm over him. Stone me for saying it but I just am done with him. It's going on year two of just blah baseball from him.

I know the knock on Davies is his size but that shouldnt stop you from throwing strikes.
