    Funny thing is I have never seen PJ live, but Im going to see Vedder first. I have always liked PJ but I was more of a casual fan and then in the last 2 years or so I really got into them and own their entire catalog now (minus all the bootlegs). So yeah Im pumped and more pumped that their 9th studio CD should be out in 2009 and then hopefully I will get to see the whole band at that time when they tour.

    Threads like these need to be pinned to the top of the major league forum. What would have been the harm of going with Weaver just to see what he could do? I mean, he couldn't do worse than Bush right? Ack! I have to admit Rluz, I was totally one of those who thought that Weaver couldn't be worse then Bush. I stand corrected, Weaver would have never pitched has Bush has lately. Hats off to Bush, I just hope he can somewhat keep this up. He has the stuff, its keeping the ball down and avoiding the big inning. 13 K's is crazy though, WOW!

    Yes! Sutton and Cirillo sounds much better to me then the current hacks in the booth. I used to tolerate Bill, but now he gets on my nerves. Also Anderson just plays along and acts like Bill's little puppet. It is hard to listen to at times.

    McClung, and not because he has been bad. Just the odd man out. Also did a darn good job in that role before he went to the rotation.

    I have to tip my hat to Dave Bush. I really bashed him hard early in the year and he has really turned it around. 13 K's today? That is just crazy, I hope he can keep of this kind of consistency. I would have to imagine that McClung will be the one going to the pen when Suppan comes of the DL now.

    Nobody goes 1-19 in major league baseball. This is a sign that we should DFA Branyan and certainly stop playing him against right handed pitchers. That should be in blue right RyDogg?
