  1. Chourio advances the rally during both of his plate appearances with runners on base last night.
  2. One of a few pitchers who had his worst season in Milwaukee
  3. A simple daily in-season game, ‘pick to click’ and it keeps track of whose picks performed best throughout the season. A leaderboard. Choose one Brewers player per game. 🤷‍♂️
  4. Every top 30 prospect has infinite value and recommends not making the trade. It probably would be very easy to code. 🙂
  5. Chourio has a .920 OPS with bases empty. One way to think of it is he is a rally starter 🙂
  6. Anderson and Wilson available, for sure. I bet Megill would take a save situation with off day tomorrow. If we’re skipping Gasser, he could probably throw 1-2 IP, too. Only 79 pitches last start.
  7. I will be furious if someone contradicts realty….
  8. Please, let’s focus our comments on what we think about the team, the game and events around the league. It rarely makes sense to criticize another poster. Even if we perceive their opinion contradicts evidence or realty 🙂 We can simultaneously recognize Milwaukee as one of the best run scoring teams in the league and also be frustrated at individual plate appearances. Murphy can be the best and the worst during the same inning.
  9. Arnold strategically left Arozarena in Seattle to devastate the Cubs this weekend. ♟️
  10. Are the Cubs top 3 hitters PCA, Suzuki then Tyrone Taylor? By OPS Bregman has played out of this world since the all star break.
  11. You forgot the part where Milwaukee lost the final two games of the season and failed to secure a winning record…grumble…grumble In seriousness, Brewers came back from five runs the game you mentioned. We had a fun lineup. https://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/PIT/PIT200509300.shtml
  12. Public service announcement We can refrain from defining someone else’s posting style. It generally detracts from the conversation when we say Poster X is too negative or Poster Y is too positive.
  13. 25 years ago we were 15 games below .500 getting destroyed by Kevin Tapani and the Cubs. Mac Suzuki didn’t have his best stuff. Or, maybe he did 🤷‍♂️
  14. Sure. But that’s part of being a fan. I trust there are a variety of perspectives expressed by any fan base that don’t align with evidence. You shrug and smile and get ready for the next bite of the apple 🍎
  15. Three instances of back-to-back games for Hall this year. Most recently, 8/5 and 8/6 against Pittsburgh.
  16. I think it is OK to express positive and negative emotions during the same inning. 🙂
