  1. Just ridiculous. Can’t we just have a bullpen devoid of rejects like Hernandez?
  2. But still being a contributor to a World Series this year 😄
  3. Chourio looks the part of a superstar in the making.
  4. Two home runs for Mitchell in Nashville tonight. Time to call him up.
  5. Wrap him up in bubble wrap and send him up to the big leagues.
  6. I think Murphy said Mitchell would need around 30 abs in the minors to get ready. He has to be nearing that number already. I say he’s back this weekend against the Padres and should be starting.
  7. It will certainly be interesting to see how the team handles Mitchell’s return. It would be nice if Yelich could play first base to mitigate the black hole that position has been for the organization for many years, but I just don’t see it happening.
  8. I would have to think a Mitchell return is imminent. I am looking forward to a starting outfield of Chourio, Mitchell, and Frelick, with Yelich DH’ing. Perkins has been fun but is nothing more than a part time player in my opinion.
  9. Garbage game. We are just plain awful with RISP.
  10. Second and third with nobody out and we k three times in a row?
  11. It’s getting really hard to watch Hoskins hit.
  12. This feels like a series where the Brewers are going to struggle, hope I am wrong.
  13. If he can be part of a package that brings us a legitimate SP, then I say yes.
  14. It will be nice to add Mitchell’s bat back to this lineup to give us another look:
  15. I would love to see Chourio start every game for two weeks straight and see where he is at.
  16. Adames is the streakiest player I have ever seen.
  17. Well I think David Stearns wants him. The Mets almost have to be in contention for Adames to be in play there, which doesn’t look likely at this point.
  18. I mean I would sell him, but the Brewers won’t given the blowback from the Hader trade (even though that worked out for us).
  19. In my mind, Joey Ortiz is the heir apparent to Adames.
  20. It is Garrett Crochet or Jesus Luzardo for me. I would center a deal around our young outfielders and go from there. I am beginning to sour on Frelick as a prospect and question his overall ceiling as a player. I think I would start with him.
  21. I would rather Koenig take on the 8th inning role over Peguero. Peguero is too hard to trust in high leverage situations, and last night was a prime example of it.
  22. I hate having to use Peguero with a lead in the 8th inning.
  23. I would rather him be the front end of a piggyback a la Koenig than a traditional RP honestly. Take the pressure off of him by starting and see how far he can go with someone like Rea waiting in the wings.
  24. His control is undoubtedly an issue and a very fair point. He is otherwise dominant in pretty much every statistical category you can name. I just wonder if working with Chris Hook on a daily basis might be the secret sauce to Misiorowski getting a handle on his control. It is a risky move no doubt be we are also running out of viable options, Does his lack of control completely take him out of contention for an MLB callup this year? At what point does the potential reward become worth the risk?
