    Our games against the Dodgers feel so lopsided. It’s as if they are toying with us before eventually beating us no matter the circumstance.

    This is a long conversation the organization and Yelich should be having this offseason.

    I’m of the position that Mitchell needs to brought up and be our everyday CF. The same commitment should be made with Chourio playing everyday: Perkins has been a nice story, but for this team to reach its ultimate ceiling, a full commitment to our young players needs to be made. Mitchell comes with a first round pedigree and all the tools to be an all-star caliber player, and we haven’t been able to see him play extensively due to injury: Yelich should consider a move to 1B, which would solve our offensive black hole at that position and open up another spot on the OF.

    I think Murphy said Mitchell would need around 30 abs in the minors to get ready. He has to be nearing that number already. I say he’s back this weekend against the Padres and should be starting.

    It will certainly be interesting to see how the team handles Mitchell’s return. It would be nice if Yelich could play first base to mitigate the black hole that position has been for the organization for many years, but I just don’t see it happening.

    I would have to think a Mitchell return is imminent. I am looking forward to a starting outfield of Chourio, Mitchell, and Frelick, with Yelich DH’ing. Perkins has been fun but is nothing more than a part time player in my opinion.
