  1. I just feel like he's the missing link on this roster. Maybe I'm overvaluing him as a fit for us.
  2. Would McMahon for Misiorowski straight up be a fair trade for both sides?
  3. I feel like we are a Ryan McMahon trade and a healthy pitching staff away from being a title contender.
  4. With how awful our starting rotation is, i think Misiorowski deserves a chance with the big league club soon. There is no way he is worse than Elvin Rodriguez, and has a chance to be much, much better. If the team can somehow stay afloat through May, you could potentially have a rotation of Peralta, Woodruff, Cortes, Myers, Quintana, and Miz (if they go with 6). I think you can go to battle with that rotation. I am over Civale as a starter.
  5. Hard to look at this pitching staff and be optimistic about the season. Also, it looks like Yelich is really having a hard time out there, both in the field and at the plate.
  6. No Misiorowski? He was rumored to be close to a call up last year, and was on standby in Arizona during the playoffs last year. I'd be shocked if he doesn't impact the 2025 ball club in some way.
  7. Don't know anything about Durbin, but Cortes is an awesome addition to the starting rotation. I like how the rotation is setting up, especially with the prospect of Woody returning as well.
  8. Let all the interested teams know of the other teams' interest and ask each team to make their best offer. Should come away with a pretty nice haul, especially considering the teams on the list.
  9. The toughest part for me was watching Contreras labor through his ABs with little chance of doing anything in his condition. How many runners did he strand alone tonight?
  10. I’m used to a lot of tough Brewer losses but this one is just stunning.
  11. Contreras had no business being in this game.
  12. Where is our offense going to come from? It almost feels like Chourio or nothing.
  13. Don’t even think about pulling Tobias Mr Murphy.
  14. Especially after last night’s heroics, it’s just plain ridiculous.
  15. This game may very well be decided on a home run. Gotta get Mitchell in there ASAP.
  16. I’m perplexed we aren’t trying to steal bases this series.
  17. Really tough to justify Frelick over Mitchell given Mitchell’s threat to hit home runs.
  18. I’m not sure Contreras is going to be any good to us tonight unless anything he hits is a home run.
  19. I hate having to play the team that hasn’t been in the playoffs for a while, especially a feel good story like the Mets. My vote would be to play the Dbacks.
  20. They don’t seem to have any glaring weaknesses on offense, defense or pitching. I would much prefer their offense over ours, and probably their pitching staff as well. I think they are going to be an extremely tough out in the postseason.
  21. The Padres sure look like they may have the team to beat in the playoffs. Wouldn’t it be something if they passed the Dodgers and made them a wild card team?
  22. I don’t agree with that at all. Guys like Paredes and Milner are highly unlikely to make the playoff roster anyway. We’re not going to win a World Series by playing things conventionally.. Why not take the last week of meaningless baseball to see if we can catch lighting in a bottle?
  23. With the Brewers seemingly locked in to their playoff positioning, I would love to see the team give Misiorowski and Yoho a look in the next week.
  24. I think you’ll see some callups today. Maybe Hudson and Mis?
