Let’s hope the Twins can hang on because this team can’t do anything to help itself. -
The lack of offense has been brewing for a while now. This was a meaningful game tonight, and we were completely non-competitive at the plate. This team looks like a shell of its former self in August.

Well, we have a very meaningful game for both sides on the last weekend of the regular season. Go Brewers!

The Padres are one team that won’t be afraid to play us. 8 runs scored in 5 games against them.

This team is going to meet the same fate that the last several Brewer teams have faced, which is a lack of consistent offense.

Freddy needs a low pitch 5th inning and hopefully get through 6.

Big game today. They have a chance to pull 6.5 games ahead of the Cubs, and 6.5 games ahead of the Phillies. That lead against the Phillies would effectively be 7 games with the tiebreaker. With 21 games left to go after today, you would have to feel pretty good about both of those races.

Anthony Seigler is not good at baseball.

Ashby has been awesome, what a comeback story. He should be moved into high leverage situations, with perhaps Robert Gasser sliding into Ashby's long relief role. Ashby should be in serious consideration for the starting rotation next season.
