    Some of the other players we've had with character issues, were also because of more than 1 instance. Not wanting catch lightning in a bottle with Bauer, just because of his past, is pure hypocrisy.

    What most fans thought they'd get for Burnes, is a classic example of fans letting their emotions cloud their sense of reality, of what the Crew would actually get in return.

    I don't think it's a given that Chourio will man CF. I the other 2 positions are also real possibilities. Mitchell and Weimer both play near gold glove level defense in Center.

    Yeah, mainly. I think it's just a matter of time before the Cubs start spending this off-season. Hope I'm wrong.

    If the Crew doesn't get a couple big veteran bats to help the offense, having Burnes would definitely help, but I don't think they would finish ahead of them anyways. Just my opinion. 🤷‍♂️

    I think Blaze Jordan could also be a promising piece to get, if Boston traded for Burnes.

    If Burnes was traded to Phiily, I wouldn't mind George Klassen being a part of the return. Howitzer arm, but with control issues, apparently.. Also had Tommy John early in college.
