I got mine on Ebay for $291 and 38 shipping. They will be tight, to be sure. As long as we're discussing Wii, looking for games my 5 year-old will enjoy, other than the Sports one and Play.

Considering that all games of the Series did better than SNF, I'd go with the Crew. -
KC has too many OF's now, so I can't believe they'd add two and subtract, as pointed out, a reserve at best. Cut that down to a couple players a team, it does make some sense. Crawford is no stopgap, however.

A college closer makes a lot of sense for many reasons, though I'm sure they will take the player that projects the highest. I do, however, see them gravitating towards college guys in the top 5 rounds, now that the team is contending.

Just like in baseball, politics play a huge part in many places of employment. I was given a few options last December at my work, and I took the "let's separate" option, because I basically did not want to work where they did not like me (the phrase used was, "Your numbers are good, but we'd rather have someone else.") Life is far too short to let such minutia bother you. If money is a big factor, I understand your feelings much more. I was able to negotiate a severance agreement and use savings thus far, as I try to build a clientele in sales myself. One of my former employers pushed a lot of people out before I left, and that company still struggles and many people have gone on to great things. At the end of the day, it's just a job. It's not you or what you are. I'd much rather clock in, put some stuff on shelves, and clock out anyway.

Brian often hears these things before the rest of us, but I'd be surprised if Simba wanted any part of the daily grind of coaching and travel. He's an extremely intelligent man though, and would be fine in any baseball role.

FYI, I felt the demand will only go up, as no one seems to think Wiis will be arriving in quantity before Xmas, and bought one on Ebay for $291 plus $38 shipping. Anyone else agree they will be $400-450 by mid-December?

Off topic, but you'd be hard pressed to explain to someone that Suzy used to sell shampoo just because she was so gorgeous. The years sure are unkind to women.

Stetter might be a combo of major league confidence and finally hitting his peak. He's went from a 4+ ERA in AAA to having a real shot at a few years in the bigs in just a couple months.

He also K's a lot versus AAA arms, so that does not translate well. I'd be happy to make a run at him, but i certainly would not hand him the LF job. I'd say Adam Dunn lite might be a good comparison, based on his size and minor league stats.

Thanks for the advice thus far. By the way Ben, almost every one we have found is the fancier version with a couple of everything, some have other games as well, so i think there is more than one sku, but many are exclusive to a certain retailer.

Alvarez mentioned bringing it back when he became AD, so I s'pose it could occur. It would probably need a big donor to build a quality ballpark for recruiting, which is always tough for as northern school.

What would it take to get Ramon Hernandez

Ramon's contract is an albatross, and his numbers are similar to Estrada's. I'm all for improving any position, but so far, every C is either not as good or about the same, and the ones that are similar have warts, like Ramon's mammoth deal. -
Ryne, is this a $250 basic model, or the fancier version?
