Shelled? Last night was a miserable death by a thousand cuts. Cannot remember the last time I saw a ground ball up the middle go for a double (Freeman). I think Turang gets to that ball, Monasterio didn't. Smith gets two hits on balls that didn't travel 100 feet combined. Two catcher interference plays. If Frelick's bunt stays fair, bases are loaded with one out (I know, I know). Then Frelick scorches a ball to Freeman. Did the same thing the next at bat and it turned into a double play. What a frustrating night. The Dodgers are a much better team, they don't need better luck as well. -
Can the Brewers just get a fraction of the Dodgers’ luck? I think I need to go to bed

I don’t think my expectations of Canha and Santana were overly high, but I certainly expected better than .550ish OPS from them. Just a continuation of the black holes at 1B and DH. 20 hits in 105 ABs. And they are batting 3rd and 4th tonight, ahead of Adames. Yay. id cut the head off of a live rooster, but I think that’s only when there’s a hex on a glove.
