  1. Wow Clancy is gonna be heartbroken. Not much of a future for a guy like that though.
  2. I don't think anything that guy is saying is legit. He keeps floating the idea out there that the Brewers need to trade Hader, and they should just take what they can get. That just isn't reality at all.
  3. I don't think it's a guarantee that Cephus declares in what looks like it's going to be a completely stacked WR draft class this year. He may choose to come back to be a focal point of next year's offense, and perhaps strengthen his draft stock.
  4. I saw this too. I thought the defense took a notable step back once he got hurt. Is it possible he steps in for meaningful playing time? Or is he more of a special teams guy given he hasn't played in so long? Considering Campbell stepped into a large role immediately after being activated from the PUP list, I would imagine that Greene would be up for some significant playing time. His return potentially makes the defense much better
  5. If the Brewers are getting leery about paying Hader that kind of money, I doubt they are going to pay an arguably lesser pitcher in Harris that much. Of course, it's hard to read the tea leaves concerning the Brewers wishes with Hader. Are they considering moving him more because he's getting expensive, or because he's got a crazy high value?
  6. Homer Bailey getting $7 million just makes the Brewers deals for Anderson and Lindblom look that much better. Hill is a solid upside signing, though.
  7. That has crossed my mind. Elgton Jenkins could potentially kick outside as well. He has experience at tackle in college. Plenty big and athletic enough too.
  8. The GM that makes decisions based on sentiment is the one that quickly loses his job.
  9. Young, talented QB, stud RB, and money to spend. Also play is arguably the worst division in the NFL. I think that job is probably the most coveted of any that are available.
  10. I was clamoring for Metcalf in the draft. I was in the minority. I thought the guy was simply a workout warrior. I was wrong. He's a stud.
  11. Seeing Metcalf and Samuel star in this game makes be long for what could have been. Not that Savage and Jenkins haven't been very good, but it sure would be nice to have one of those guys opposite Adams.
  12. They've made it a game, which is all you can ask for. They need a defensive stop here soon, though. Can't trade scores anymore.
  13. I know they didn't have anything to play for, but LOL Vikings.
  14. I've been waiting all season for this team to establish it's identity. This is it. Do enough to win. W is a W, no matter how ugly it is.
  15. Perfect 6-0 in the NFC North.
  16. Made it closer than it needed to be LOL
  17. OMG!!! Team Ugly to a 1st round bye!
  18. Right call. Ticky tack in a game when they've let them play all game, but there was a push-off there.
  19. On cue ... doing exactly what they should be doing against the rookie QB. Bout time too.
  20. I don't know if Lazard will even be a legit #2 on a good team, but the Packers have something in him.
  21. David Blough doesn't make that throw. Not many QBs do.
  22. Wow ... great catch from Lazard!
  23. Holy crap! Blake Martinez with possibly a game saving play.
