  1. Is there no streaming with FoxSportsGo anymore? I was able to get first series but didn’t try last night. Is there another other options? Even with a cable subscription.
  2. Is there a “lab” for hitters? Seems like Burnes took off after his disaster of a 2019 season. Maybe Hiura could do the same?
  3. Just to clarify...you think Stearns would offer Mitchel, Turang or Small in a deal for Story? For one who will be a FA? One who has a career 760 OPS away from Coors Field? I like Story’s game. But that would be quite the pill to swallow. Especially after seeing these boys ball in spring.
  4. That’s a lot of money. Doesn’t include 2021 salary. So more of a 11 year ordeal.
  5. [sarcasm]You expected people to be Pro-Cubs on a Brewer's forum?[/sarcasm] 3-4 years ago, that lineup and pitching rotation looked much better. I think there are just some weaknesses in the "armor" exposed now. Granted, it isn't like we don't have the same. But what fun is it to speculate we are going to be a one or 10 games behind the sCrubs? I'll take the: Brewers at 88 Cardinals - 86 Cubs - 81 Reds - 81 Pitt - 61 Hopefully they keep trotting Kimbrel out there to end games!
  6. Or righties. Is there a weaker bat playing 3B in the majors? (I know someone will search this out to prove me wrong...lol) There aren't many weaker non-pitcher bats in the majors period. Miss them days when Ben Sheets had a bat. Atleast that was entertaining.
  7. Potter has looked horrid defensively. Constantly turned around.
  8. I feel like we could say this most years.
  9. Tom Pelissero (@TomPelissero) Tweeted: #Packers RB Aaron Jones' four-year, $48 million deal includes $20M over first two years -- a little over the cost of two franchise tags. A $7 million roster bonus is due on 3rd day of 2023 league year. So, that'll be decision time. He's due $16M in 2023 and $12M in 2024.
  10. Z Smith restructured contract to create space for Aaron Jones.
  11. Makes sense. Somehow I missed the OF option with Robertson. He’s shown some good quality thus far.
  12. Is Arica on outside looking in now? Arcia, urias and Robertson seems to be a bit much. Especially if shaw and voggy make the team.
  13. So your issue is using a 2nd on a RB who has shown flashes or extending one of the games best play makers to an extension? Fans constantly complain we can’t keep talent and then we do and it’s the wrong move. Not just this post but in general. If the packers want to extend Adams/Alexander they will find a way to do it. If they want to bring in FA, they will find a way to do it. League year hasn’t even started yet. I may be in the minority but I’m glad they kept him and excited to see him score 15+ touchdowns next year again.
  14. Jones, 26, is one of only two players in NFL history to post 3,000-plus yards rushing (3,364) and 35-plus rushing touchdowns (37) with an average of 5-plus yards per carry (5.2) in their first four seasons. Jim Brown is the other.
  15. 1/4 of the contract is a signing bonus. Should make year 1 cap hit much more reasonable. At the end of the day, Jones is an elite talent. He thrived in MLF offense. Should be a lighting/thunder combo with dillan the next few years.
  16. When do they explore extending Jaire? Would love them to draft Asante Samuel Jr, who I think can be a great compliment to Jaire for years to come.
  17. Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) Tweeted: A breakdown of the adjusted contract for #Packers OLB Preston Smith, who now sticks in GB: — $8M salary ($200K workout bonus, $300K in 46-mans, $6.5M signing bonus, $1M base.) — $4.4M available in sack incentives, so he can eclipse the $12M he was set to earn before the redo.

  19. So probably about 90 pct chance they just convert Rodgers, Za'Darius contract. 50/50 they cut Preston 15 pct they extend Jones 99 pct they extend Adams Any other likely moves anyone sees coming? What's REALLY gonna be fun to watch is what the Saints do. [sarcasm]Maybe their cap situation will force them to trade Ramcyzk for 2 1sts to us. That's a move I could get on board with.[/sarcasm] Edit-I did put that last sentence in blue, but it's not showing up. Though I do think that'd be a great deal, teams don't usually trade franchise 26-year-old All Pro RT's, and the Packers do not make those types of moves. On queue The #Saints have informed CB Janoris “Jackrabbit” Jenkins that they are releasing him, source said. He was due $11.2M this year, with a cap hit of $14.2M.
  20. 2018-19 paid for all 5 years for me. He was part of a culture shift that changed our team. Without him there is no back to back playoffs and definitely not going 7 games with the Dodgers in an NLCS. He also gifted us by opting out last year (even though contracts were prorated). So he really only has. 4 year deal in all reality for $64 mil. Definitely not going to cripple us.
  21. When do teams have to get under the cap? Hearing a lot of cuts coming this week, but is there a specific date?
