How much will the Brewers spend in 2023
Hopper replied to John Bonnes's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Isn't the Brewers overall plan to never have to completely rebuild? I agree, now is the time to extend the payroll, but the plan since Attanasio and Stearns arrived is to never get to the point of a total rebuild. I fully expect Burnes and/or Woodruff to be dealt this off season, hopefully only one of the two. -
The story of our season right there.
-
Does this insanity ever end?
-
So even though we are currently tied with Philly, we lose the tiebreaker, so we have to finish one full game above them to get in, correct?
-
If you listen to our announcers, all of our players are great at everything.
-
I'll let that one slide. ?
-
I seem to remember him scoring from 1st a while back, or was that a dream?
-
You don't discuss, you never discuss. You dictate your opinions, there is never discussion with your commenting.
-
I 100% agree, every time I plan to be done, I get drug back in. Thank you for pointing that out, I will take your advice and be done with the subject.

Hiura hasn't had the opportunity "lately" so how do you know he is ice cold? His last 6 at bats? C'mon man, you are better than this.
-
and how often does he then get ignored for 9 or 10 games? Same thing with McCutchen, Rowdy, Adames, Yelich, Urias, and everyone else not named Keston Hiura. When we have an entire roster of players who go ice cold for long periods of time, and only one is singled out and not allowed to play, it just doesn't make any sense.
-
and here we go again... Just quit, we all know where you stand on Hiura. It's ridiculous to say anyone has a love fest for Hiura. All I wanted (and the others that have been more positive about his season) was a fair shot for him to contribute. You keep going back to the 2 weeks he had to prove himself. 2 weeks isn't long enough, it just isn't. You, with your vast knowledge of every single topic on this site, should know better.
-
Your drum beating on Hiura is beyond boring. But it's ok for CC to wait for McCutchen to heat up? *rolling eyes* I mean, every single time someone mentions Hiura, you go into the same old thing, over and over and over and over and over. We all know where you stand on Hiura, and you don't need to make the same comment every single time when his name is mentioned. we get it.

Looking forward to Sammy Hagar's side group, The Circle's new release!

Didn't like them in the 80;s, was too much of a metal head to give them a chance, really got into that album in the early 90's, now it is a staple. There is so much more to that album than Blister In The Sun and Add it Up. Every single track on that album is great, and if you have the version with the two extra tracks, Ugly, and Gimme the Car, then you got yourself the bonus plan! (Gimme the Car is one of my favorites on the album) I love the dude's voice, no one sounds like him, which I love!

If they trade one of the 4, I hope it's Ruiz. We all sit around and make comments on what we need, and OF is almost never one of those needs, so look for the Brewers to add another outfielder or two this offseason, via trade, or aging vet that will completely screw up our youngsters getting playing time. (ala McCutchen) I can already see it happeneing.

What's the plan for Kolten Wong next year?
Hopper replied to Andrew's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Only problem with that is, it's almost the same offense we have this year, minus McCutchen. Will Frelick be that much of a difference maker? Maybe... Turang/Urias taking the place of Wong offensively probably won't be an improvement. We desperately need to add a REAL bat at 3B (I will be extremly disappointed if we go with a Peterson/Brosseau platoon) -

Hopper replied to Andrew's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Brosseau at 3B would be bad, very bad. We need a defender there too, not just a bat, and I don't think Brosseau is either. -
That has to be incorrect, Molina is a GOD!
-
or, Rogers is getting a rest day.
-
Yeah, I don't understand how we can have a guy who could seriously help us out, but here. Some strange decisions made this year, this is only one of them.
-
Relax man, Brock is open to opinions about content on this site. As strongly as you feel about "JUST DON'T CLICK ON THEM" others feel just as strongly about getting the articles off the forums. They just clog up the forums in my opinion. There is already a spot for them, so why have them appear in two places? People who want to read them know where to find them.
-
You ever notice that you have conflict with more people than anyone on these boards? Why do you think that is? Meh, whatever, I'll just ignore your nonsense, no need to put others through the BS that you seem to crave. Go Brewers!

blah blah blah You bore me with your idea of wit.
