Badger Game day. 4:00 PM CDT on ESPN-U by the looks of it. Hope we get the good team with some solid goal tending today.

I also watched it with my wife. It is not a feel good series for sure. There is what could be interpreted as a glimmer of hope if you stick it out till the end

I saw a couple projections for UW to go out west. I think they get a little better draw heading east to take on Dartmouth. Let’s see if they can make a run.

I’d like to see us get the ball in the paint more the second half and get to the free throw line.

No idea why OSU spent so much time in zone D. They look a little better in man the second half so far. Going to be a difficult comeback for them though.

I think what did it for me was Barkley blaming the NCAA for the current NIL problems which is wrong. The NCAA has lost every court case regarding player compensation etc. I turned it off and went to bed around that time. I did see that it was a close game this morning.

They ruined what was an ok game to watch. I turned it off early because it was unwatchable with the Barkley and Vitale nonsense IMO.

Those are good upset picks. I recall reading something about being less upsets in the NIL era. Not sure if that’s true. One matchup I’ll be watching is NDSU v Michigan State for a potential high seed going down. Also Cal Baptist v Kansas could be a close one out west.

Gonna have to agree with you here. I would bring in a more experienced goalie to compete for a job at least. The Schulz and Hensler injuries really hurt the D rotation the second half of the year.

Probably some maturing to do there but he has some talent. Nice to get the win again.

Should also lock up an NCAA tournament at large bid as well.

That was a good Iowa team. Badgers used their height advantage pretty well too. And Iowa didn’t shoot quite as well in the second half. But I thought the intensity on D improved in the second half for the Badgers and they were able to take over and close it out.
