Latimer is supposed to be visiting again this weekend. It appears we have upped NIL funds to hold on to some in this class. I think there is a chance he sticks with UW. We need more bodies in the RB room

Yeah. We haven’t had too many kids come in like Boyd over the years. Let’s see if they can get a couple of the ‘27 class now too

Fenderson and Ball are both considered combo guards now I guess. I was a bit surprised to hear Fenderson say the coaches are talking to him about playing the 1 and 2 spots. As I recall he was recruited as more of a wing. Perhaps they thought he would still grow a couple more inches when they started recruiting him. Ball can definitely handle the point and has a pretty high ceiling.

Not sure what it is but we don’t always show up against OSU. Nice to salvage the OT win though. agree about the young guys. Hensler appears to be one of the more talented defenseman we’ve had in a couple years.

Love the physical play by our team today. Pretty obvious we won’t be able to hang in but hopefully they continue to improve

Posa made another great open field tackle on that third down. What a talent. I expect Indiana will take advantage of his aggressiveness at some point though

Yeah they are giving us fits. I thought we played better the second half of the second period. Got to find the back of the net now. Finley has had a couple good chances

It appears we are having problems dealing with the Buck nuts physical play and Eberly has made a couple nice saves on us

Hayden Jones is not an explosive athlete but he can really handle the ball and is rather elusive. I doubt he is the heir apparent PG for the Badgers. He is a good passer as well. I think he is going to need to improve his shooting from three to carve out a larger role on the team

I had to record and watch Saturdays game later. I was impressed with how Hauser bounced back from some shaky play on Friday. He looked really solid. I always forget how duechy Michigan is. They totally lost their cool and gooned it up after the game was out of their grasp

Absolutely. I think it’s probably easier in basketball with roster size and fewer positions to find a fit. But he clearly has done his homework on finding guys that fit the culture too. I really like the international kids too on this roster. Hopefully we can retain them for future seasons

I think this team is a pretty legit 10 deep. It will be interesting to see if all 10 continue to get minutes or if the rotation tightens as the year progresses. Its great for development and hopefully keeps guys like Winter and Blackwell fresh heading into March
