  1. Genius play caller. He’s great at time management too.
  2. Could someone please tell MLF that there is a clock in football.
  3. Doesn’t look like that will be happening
  4. Buehler…….Buehler? It appears that by mid-season Walker won’t be answering that query at the MLB level.
  5. At 33-34 next year I believe it’s a pipe dream that he pick up >1 mph in velo. With his recent injury history I think it would be a vast overpay for any offer greater than $12 M for 1 year which obviously would be turned down. I think it would be extremely doubtful he would be a MLB SP past 36-37. It would be in the Brewers best interest to keep Peralta another year and wish Woodruff the best in contiuing his career with another team.
  6. Q. Walker had a nice game today. Defense also got a turnover. Small steps. Hopefully they do better against a starting QB.
  7. Primarily the defensive backfield, focussing on the cornerbacks. Run defense was OK today, but they did give up 94 yards.
  8. So why didn’t they keep Joe Berry and Mike Pettine around.
  9. Everyone must agree, MLF can’t pick a good DC.
  10. I see Hafely following in the footsteps of Joe Berry, Mike Pettine, Dom Capers and Bob Sanders.
  11. I sure hope they don’t go 3 and out.
  12. I’d pray if he was even average.
  13. Too bad it didn’t happen that way.
  14. Glad to see the Packers tightened up their defense this week.
  15. We are (or were) an expansion team. Seriously and honestly the cards are stacked against us.
  16. How many mental farts are going to occur before “Love gets it”. The Packers finally have a game where the run gets going, and throwing a pass deep in Bengal territory after Love screwed the pooch on the previous play just doesn’t make an iota of sense. Even if the Bengal defense stops the run they can still attempt the FG. Whether MLF screwed up calling a pass or Love elected to throw is a terrible rookie mistake, and should never happen with a NFL team with a 6th year QB and a 7th year head coach who supposedly is an offensive genius.
  17. I really don’’t think it has anything to do with a killer instinct. They don’t have enough quality personnel groups on the D-line, O-line and D-backfield. The offensive line has tremendous trouble pass blocking (and before today the running game mostly due to injuries) even with the 2024 sack leader missing over half the game. Both the D-line and the defensive backs have below average players. The defensive coaching staff hasn’t figured out how to use Parsons and work him into a quality pass rush. MLF has problems with play calling and seems to have little control over his players (when it comes to penalties). Plus it takes forever for the coaching staff to adjust to their opponents in real time. But the are 3-1-1.
