  1. How about we get rid of Contreras, he went 0-4 last night Dump The Miz he pitched terrible his last 2 starts how about trading Yelich he is batting <0.200 in his last 7 games with 11 strikeouts in 27 AB Wishing our best SP this season would leave is about the stupidest idea I’ve heard.
  2. Elijah Pitts
  3. You have to place some fault on the fan.s. We’re dumb enough to pay $50-100 per seat for good seat. After the economy sinks some more MLB will likely have an attendance drop.
  4. Matt has done an excellent job of explaining exactly the Brewers MO in developing a team on the cheep (at least in their current financial restraints). Obtaing and developing highly athletic players that doesn’t minimize their defensive a quickness and speed talents. These changes occur in baseball every 20 years or so and fine tuning the game show’s strategy isn’t stagnant. By demonstating older stats such as BA and OBP still are important Matt makes these points easily understandable.
  5. Too many games left (36) to make any predictions on how this regular season will end. Enjoy the ride.
  6. Close prediction 4 ERs in 4 innings, good call. BTW, Murphy needs to put Turang in the cleanoff spot.
  7. Nothing better than early Tull This Was Stand Up Benefit Aqualung
  8. Arnold reports that Frelick will only be out a couple of days. Pat Murphy comments “It’s worse then originally determined and he might miss a month.”
  9. This reminds me of the crap the NHL pulls on their fan base when they report injuries (lower body/upper body). What advantage do they have keeping secret the length of time a player will be out with any long term injury. It demonstrates a lack of respect of their fanbase not letting them know what is happening by not being transparent regarding information that will not competitively hurt them. It is common practice of NFL and NBA teams being upfront when reporting their player’s injuries.
