  1. I sure hope they don’t go 3 and out.
  2. I’d pray if he was even average.
  3. Too bad it didn’t happen that way.
  4. Glad to see the Packers tightened up their defense this week.
  5. We are (or were) an expansion team. Seriously and honestly the cards are stacked against us.
  6. How many mental farts are going to occur before “Love gets it”. The Packers finally have a game where the run gets going, and throwing a pass deep in Bengal territory after Love screwed the pooch on the previous play just doesn’t make an iota of sense. Even if the Bengal defense stops the run they can still attempt the FG. Whether MLF screwed up calling a pass or Love elected to throw is a terrible rookie mistake, and should never happen with a NFL team with a 6th year QB and a 7th year head coach who supposedly is an offensive genius.
  7. I really don’’t think it has anything to do with a killer instinct. They don’t have enough quality personnel groups on the D-line, O-line and D-backfield. The offensive line has tremendous trouble pass blocking (and before today the running game mostly due to injuries) even with the 2024 sack leader missing over half the game. Both the D-line and the defensive backs have below average players. The defensive coaching staff hasn’t figured out how to use Parsons and work him into a quality pass rush. MLF has problems with play calling and seems to have little control over his players (when it comes to penalties). Plus it takes forever for the coaching staff to adjust to their opponents in real time. But the are 3-1-1.
  8. It doesn’t look like the Defense is going to make any stops the rest of this game.
  9. What about the defense? The problem is the coaching staff takes at least 2 quarters to make any adjustments.
  10. This team looks really bad.
  11. They got the O/U correct, however they never thought that Iowa would score all 37 points. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Fickell gets canned this week.
  12. Since they have been doing that for around 150 years.
  13. These guys are looking forward to the 2030-2032 window.
  14. You’ve got to be kidding me! A grade school coach could have called better plays and have had superior clock management on Love’s fumble prior to half time and Love’s incomplete pass prior to the game tying FG. My goodness both MLF and Love admitted that. The 2nd quarter play was more forgivable. With a 13-9 LEAD with 21 seconds left in the half at their own 27 yard line, the safe play to call was to take a knee, especially with the lead. MLF even admitted he shouldn’t have trusted his gut instincts. But somewhat forgivable. The 4th quarter play was a complete screwup leaving only 1 second left to kicking the FG. Wasting the amount of time between plays during that drive and only 1 second left. Love has played enough football to know that.
  15. Offense, Starting pitching, Patrick Murphy, bullpen, base running (stealing bases) defense. P.S. I’d also like to add bunting for a base hit.
  16. Ortiz could go Arcia+ in the playoffs, but that will not matter if Chourio, Frelick, Contreras, Monasterio, Durbin, Collins and a host of others are as cold as ice. On top of that Murphy will need to put together a pitching staff with baling wire because of injuries and exhaustion. I’m not saying they can’t win, however making it and winning a WS looks pretty bleak right now. Hope they can do it.
