OAA is a little kinder to him. Not at the same level as the previous couple years, but brings him up to 4.3 fWAR, tied for highest on the team with William.
One thing that should work in his favor is that he's clear and away the best SS on the market. Swanson had to compete with Turner, Correa, and Bogaerts.
Merrill is rightfully the favorite, but honestly all it would take is a cold month from Merrill and Chourio staying on this pace for Jackson to steal NLROY.
Touche. I do think he's starting to show some signs of the TOR pitcher he was before surgery, but he's just not there yet consistently. Too many mistake pitches and falling behind hitters.
