  1. Posted this in the game thread, but Jackson Merrill was just removed from the game after fouling a ball off his knee.....Hope he's okay obviously, but certainly noteworthy and worth monitoring.
  2. Tell me, what did you just say to me, "You're not talking about the game in this thread." Except for the fact I quite literally have talked about the game in this thread.... I really don't think it's too much to ask for a Brewers game thread to stay about the Brewers game and for Packers talk to go in its designated thread. We have separate threads for a reason.
  3. FWIW, Jackson Merrill just was removed from the Padres game after fouling a ball off his knee.....
  4. Might even end up starting a bullpen game at this point. Already went 3 innings tonight.
  5. Tell me, what is this post: "Bright side is pitching, which was predicted to be our undoing, has looked really impressive lately. Ashby and Hall have really added some electricity and length. Offense should wake up at some point, and you'd rather it go quiet over these past three games than in a three game Wild Card series in October."
  6. Ummm, I literally did talk about the game....

  8. This is a Brewers board. There literally exists an "other sports" forum to talk about the Packers. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
  9. You are quite insufferable. They have one of the best records in the NL since the all-star break, are coming off a 19-9 August, and are still 6-4 in their last 10 despite losing their last 3. Teams have 3 game losing streaks over 162 games....
  10. There's a Packers thread...That's where you post Packers stuff.
  11. Worth remembering they also lose a year of control over Skenes if he finishes 1st or 2nd in ROY voting
  12. Another thing that Murph is really butchering lately is his insistence on hitting Bauers/Hoskins/Perkins behind Chourio. Twice in the last two days it cost us in extra innings as they were able to intentionally walk Chourio with runners on. Chourio Contreras Adames That needs to be Chourio's protection. Who gives a crap about alternating R-L.
  13. Don't even need to cut bait with Peguero as he has an option. Unfortunately, Murph declared post-game yesterday they were committed to giving him "more opportunities". Yay!
  14. Also, Lane's godawful send ended up being a difference in this game.
  15. Boy, Murph really setting himself up here if this goes awry. Milner just coming off the IL, and even when he was healthy he wasn't shutting offenses down.
