    FIP doesn't take into account inherited runners same as ERA. Peguero allows 64% of inherited runners to score.

    Part of it is also bringing in Peguero specifically to face a RHP when he struggles against RHP. ERA/FIP is also misleading here because he's not responsible for the baserunners who do score.
