  1. Feet aren't feeling too bad. I can more than likely play tonight, or absolute worst-case scenario, be a forfeit breaker http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  2. Yah, I need all the help that I can get. I'd be definitely interested in hitting the cages. Anything centrally located?
  3. Yeah, I think Nicole was up one night on painkillers at bought 6 weather stations.
  4. [ Its about as justified as all the hype that Corey Hart gets on this site. ] So, it's very justified?
  5. [ I wouldn't mind Ned sitting him tomorrow even too. He's NOT a leadoff hitter, period. And when the guy gets 2 strikes on him, I expect....expect a K coming. Wiffing away at both fastballs and off-speed pitches equally lately. ] What do strikeouts have to do with getting on base?
  6. Looks like the front should be moved out by the time games start...
  7. [ Asia - Heat of the Moment ] Oh, you evil, evil man. That's my #1 most infectious-can't-get-out-of-your-head song of all time.
  8. I'm just using the first x many seconds of each song.... For your song, I used the range of time that you suggested. For a couple of other songs that I picked for people, I cropped parts of the middle. Whatever you want, basically.
  9. I live in Waukesha. What exactly are you saying? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  10. Oh, get off your high horse. Who doesn't happen to stumble into a locker room and help themselves to a few pairs of shoes to smell from time to time?
  11. C'mon, nothing says sweet stroke to the opposite field like "I can't go for just repeating the same old lines"
  12. [ I can't go for that (no) (noooo) no can do. ] Actually, with that phat baseline and cool synth riff, that's one of my favorite tracks. And that wasn't in a blue font.
  13. I'll have this together by tonight, for everyone who wants to give me which tracks they want. So please, do so ASAP. Otherwise you're getting Hall & Oates.
  14. There is a good chance I may not be playing tonight. I'm having some more work done on my feet, so unless I pull a Kirk Gibson, it may be a better idea if I handle bench duties.
  15. The question that stumped me was: - Who won what game of the '82 ALCS. Sinice I was only 5, this was something I was less familiar with than say the '82 WS. Questions I got were: - Which brewers pitcher won the MVP and Cy Young and the same year. - What does JJ stand for (and they were absolutely shocked that I knew this) - Which Brewers was 2nd in the '78 ROY balloting - Some ROY question about YOunt - Which city did the Brewers move from I'm trying to think of the rest... but they were about as easy or easier than the ones above. They told me they had to "cut me off", because they were out of questions. I answered like 20 of them... My buddy I was sitting with knew all of them except the JJ one. I'm sure we could have put together a much more comprehensive quiz. There was no mention of Marshall Boze or Greg Martinez.
  16. The Miller Lite Crew, or whomever they were, made the mistake of asking me Brewers trivia at BW3's. A free hat, a freebottle cooler, and a free beer later, I am the better man.
  17. http://xml.gov/presentations/raosoft/frustration.gif
  18. I might be... maybe a little later tonight.
  19. Yeah, tell me about it. You have to scratch and claw your way into a public game. We'll have to just set up some private BF tables so we can shed our prov tags together.
  20. To me, corporate animal farming and dog fighting are nearly on the same level of torture to animals. People just don't care about the corporate farming because they're so far removed from it. However, there's a big difference between free-range animals who are given a (short, but) dignified life before they go to "animal heaven". Animals raised to fight are tortured to make them mean.
  21. [ I'll try to google things more often, I guess. Whenever I do, though, it seems somebody always shoots down my response that I found on google. Maybe I'm imagining things. ] To me, user reviews are one thing. That makes total sense. The issue I'm talking about is "does anyone know what Rickie's hitting with RISP?". That's just laziness.
  22. [ When someone posts a dumb question like that, I just put a link to google in my response. Hopefully they get the point. ] Exactly, that's a perfect way to handle it.
  23. [ I know, I know....got to be nice. But sometimes I just want to quote Bruce Dickinson...I mean hey, your already on the internet, now come on "explore the space". ] Give a man a sarcastic fish, you annoy him today. Teach a mean how to fish, he hopefully won't annoy you for a lifetime. I'm a pretty cynical and sarcastic person as well. I have friends that it's just a way of life with, and I enjoy taking it as much as I enjoy dishing it out. However, the problem with the internet is that feelings get hurt fast because there are no non-verbal hints that you're not just being a jerk. There are ways to phrase things that will give the exact same meaning as what might come naturally. I'm not going to remove someone site for a sarcastic remark here and there (although, don't take it as carte blanche), I'm referring to the people with the consistent holier than thou attitudes (other than myself http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif ).
  24. Not good, I'm afraid.
  25. David!!! Welcome back. [ Let me know if we are still free to express an opinion within the rules of the board. ] You know I love your constructive negativity. You and geno are the yang to our yin.
