Is Sheets a good pitcher? Of course. But he has shown time and time again he can't stay healthy when it matters, and I don't see him coming out of nowhere and being lights out for 2 months. His training and dieat should also be of concern, as it's been mentioned by many on here as an issue in the past. If anything, he's great for a month, then his back, arm, shoulder, knee, hangnail starts to hurt and he's out for the rest of the season. I really enjoyed watching Sheets in Milwaukee, but to give him a 2 year deal with a 3rd year option is just a bad idea. When we signed Sheets long term, it made sense. Now, I just can't buy into that at all. The absolute only way I'd sign him would be lots of incentives including 200 innings pitched being the biggest factor, with the highest reward. Even then, it'd only be a one year deal.
