    Mark didn't exactly say they were interested in re-signing Hart. He said the Lohse contract wouldn't prohibit them from doing other things including signing Hart. He kind of used it as an example.....Now I'm not saying they won't re-sign him....Corey clearly wants to stay.....I think the Brewers are playing it smart and taking their time in deciding how to procede.

    Apparently he has been throwing simulated games up to 90 pitches so it sho0uldn't take long for him to be ready. An AL scout saw him at recent game/workout and said he looked "good"...

    So with him being out of options if they try to get him through waivers does another team have to keep in the majors if they claim him? I just don't see any way he makes the team the way he is throwing....

    But the 2 good seasons were the last 2.Last year was much better then "not terrible"..maybe he has figured it out ? I don't care one way or the other really but you can't just pretend like the last 2 seasons were luck and he will be terrible again because he used to be......no way to know how he will perform next year.

    The main reason why Hart is good at first is because he is 6'6....Davis is 6'..... Fielder(5'11) wasn't good there and he played there all his life. I'm not saying Davis couldn't play there but I wouldn't be so quick to say "Hart could do it so so can Davis" either.

    Lucroy has said in the past that he has never played another position at any level and has no confidence that he could do it. I think you can forget about him. If it comes to that Maldanado/Gonzalez/Green will have to do.

    I think that comment is uncalled for. If you want to accept Braun's words at face value just because he is our guy then fine. Don't insult me because I am not willing to. Hopefully this will be over soon and we can go back to discussing who will win the final 3 spots in the rotation and if Ax is ready to bounce back and have a solid season closing games. I think you should threaten too hold your breath until they do.....

    If MLB issues a statement that Braun has cooperated and they are statisfied that his explanation is true that is fine with me.
