  1. Why eat crow? Because these minor trades with very fringey prospects cause the prospect huggers to lose it. When is the last time one of these fringe guys even made an impact for the team we traded them to?
  2. Prospect huggers hated when we traded Kodi. I doubt they will come back and eat any crow on this one.
  3. Is having coffee with dessert an older people thing? My parents and grandparents go that route constantly but I never see any younger person doing it.
  4. Some people take Twitter WAAAAY too seriously...
  5. Keep up the good work!
  6. Our Pick n Save went by the wayside about...20 years ago. Ha. Rumor is it got completely emptied only a few years ago... some extremely disgusting leftover food in there.
  7. Jacks have definitely gotten cheaper over the years but what do people expect for $2 each?? They appeal to the cheapos and are way better than Romas, even now.
  8. I am guessing a team could sign him for four years with the assumption that you might need to move him to first for the last couple. The price is high but so far most of the contracts have beat estimates.
  9. Occasionally (though very rarely) yes, why? It's my own original writing, lol. It's like not it's plagiarized. Just noticed it and have never seen it before I guess. It is pretty darn efficient.
  10. Yikes. Hadn't realized his cap number was that high. Considering they'd only carry a $2mil dead cap number if they cut him, that seems possible if they can't work out an extension to re-work that number. It always puzzled me why Linsley got a big extension while the Packers let JC Tretter go to the Browns for much less money. Linsley is whatever. He's ok. I think he's pretty replaceable. Tretter is better than Linsley. Also, Bryan Bulaga deserves a shout out. For all the crap he takes, the guy played in every single game this season and played extremely well. He's just completing a 5 year, 33M deal and he was an absolute bargain at that rate even with the missed injury time. Do you make the same exact posts in multiple forums?
  11. You would think they would have done this before signing Smoak if this is the route we wanted to go.
  12. Excellent catch. I would much rather have Bulaga back then pay Linsley. I thought Patrick played alright when Linsley went out.
  13. Yep, make sure they don't get that next paycheck too!
  14. That dude wasn't going to score, he was clearly going out of bounds if no one was anywhere near him.
  15. A college team is boring compared to the best offensive team in the NBA. That isnt all that surprising. Pretty unfair comparison. I am not saying the Badgers are fun to watch - havent been able to watch much at all this year - but the Bucks are the best team in the NBA College basketball can be highly entertaining but this Badger team just isn't. I appreciated the early Badger teams that wouldn't score a lot but would play awesome defense and it was great to watch. Offensively this team is just a total bore.
  16. Hill also got arrested very recently which doesn't help your value.
  17. 22-11 at half against Rider. This team is just boring to watch compared to the Bucks.
  18. He hasn't embraced three pointers, probably time for him to hang them up.
  19. If we had a GG caliber 2nd baseman, I would possibly consider Castellanos for 3rd but we don't. Our infield defense isn't going to be great even if we get a nice fielding 3rd baseman. With all of our shifting, you can hide one poor defender but not two.
  20. Still a long ways to go if 6 teams are legitimately in on a player.
  21. I like Seager defensively but how much of his value is tied to durability?
  22. Not nearly good enough to ignore the baggage.
  23. Thanks for the update.
  24. If you read any Mets board, McNeil is the second coming of Babe Ruth and there is no way they would ever trade him.
