  1. None of those guys should have a guaranteed spot in the outfield over a legitimate prospect
  2. Small sample size and all but Dunn was very good at 3rd in 2024
  3. We wouldn't trade for Devers because he wants to play 3rd and he sucks at it. The moving of positions is the whole reason he is upset in the first place.
  4. I think our rotation has the ability to go deeper into games. Part of the equation has to be the score of the game. If it's a tight game, you would be more willing to go to the bullpen. If not, let that starter eat more innings.
  5. Nelly is during the summer, Shaq is more for college kids which is why the scheduling makes sense. I've got good news, no one is forcing you to go to the game or stay for these concerts if you don't want to. These kinda things make extra money for the team and bring in a person that might not go to a game. Sounds like a good idea.
  6. Would probably be wise to do a college night when, you know, students are at college? There are two large Universities in Milwaukee. Also, Thursday is a popular going out night. This entire event makes perfect sense.
  7. I would rather trade Contreras for a large return than play him at first base.
  8. I hope Smith is returned but I don't know why the Sox would do that. They won't be going anywhere for this season, even in a bad division.
  9. Okay, find me any professional prospect ranking where Wilken is ahead of Mayo. There are lots of prospect sites out there.
  10. Mayo is ranked 14th in baseball. Wilken is ranked 18th on the Brewers. (MLB.com rankings)
  11. I have interest in Mayo as a 3B. Moving him down the spectrum reduces his value to me.
  12. Getting Mayo makes sense this season. I have a feeling one of our many 3B options will be ready to take the job in 2026 so he's not as valuable then.
  13. My mistake. I really shouldn't even bring up something so incredibly minor.
  14. It was good for a few seconds and then Europe put on retailitory tariffs
  15. Nelly was huge for a few years. Just say you don't follow music.
  16. If Mayo isn't good what does that make Wilken?
  17. Dunn with another hr, although this one likely is an out during the regular season.
  18. Other than the big question mark at 3rd base, I don't see any question marks compared to last year. Now if you want to talk about differences, check out the 2024 Brewers Opening Day Starting Rotation and compare it to 2025.
  19. PCA will be an insufferable opponent for many years
  20. You gotta be on an island to say these tariffs are a minor footnote. I follow things quite closely, from both sides, and you are the only one ever saying it. This is like one poster saying Braun can play third base
  21. I like the Hobbs signing quite a bit. I'm a little unsure on Banks but I am confident that he is better than Myers so it's an upgrade overall.
  22. I would say tariffs against two large trading partners are not a minor footnote....
