    A few dividend ETFs in my portfolio are Schd, vymi (international) and vig (not a ton of dividend but I like the top 10 holdings)

    Playing Cruz out of position is not doing them any good. Despite a .839 OPS, he has negative WAR. Mitchell hasn't been great with the bat but he has a better WAR. Mitchell also has a better career OPS. Defense matters.

Brewers trade: Garrett Mitchell, One of Wilken/Adams and One lotto ticket Pirates trade: Oneil Cruz The Pirates are playing Cruz in CF and he is terrible there. Mitchell would immediately be their CF of the future. Despite having worse offensive stats, Mitchell has more WAR because of defense. I would play Cruz at 3rd where I feel like he could be pretty decent. His power would help the lineup. From a bigger picture perspective, I really like the Brewers pitching and the top of their lineup. The bottom of the lineup has too many holes at the moment. I am willing to give Ortiz the entire season to figure it out. I am not willing to give Durbin the full time 3B job. I prefer him as a guy that plays all over and can create havoc at the end of games in a PH role. Since the budget might be getting tapped out, we need to use our prospects to help out the team now.

    We have rotation and bullpen reinforcements coming if we need them. The lineup is what it is other than Perkins. I'm not worried about the pitching at all.

    Yeah, Perkins is probably a better outfielder than Sal which is saying something.

    I'm sure we'll give Durbin a few weeks to see how he does. Not that I'm advocating for it but at what point is Sal at 3rd going to come back into play? Once Perkins is back, we have lots of quality OF again.
