    Considering whats out there Snell looks more attractive by the day to me. Bedard will cost alot & he's never been durable enough to go every 5th day. The rest of whats out there Peavy not withstanding looks about the same as Snell.

    Well what does he provide besides defense? I'm looking at his body off work the last two years not just one 1,2,3 wiff job. The guy is an absolute rally killer. Maybe the crew can just have him hit on holidays

    Bill Hall has no business in a MLB uniform. Call-up Escobar & DFA this guy. Better off to see him as a sunk cost.

    How long has it been since Frank played 2nd base? Is that even possible for him anymore?

    Over a 162 game span the order of the rotation varies so much do to rain, injuries, suspensions, etc etc. It doesn't matter much after a few weeks the rotation order will feel more like Yo, Bush, Parra, Looper, Suppan. The time when rotation order truly matters is in the playoffs or the drive toward the playoffs in late summer.

    Well good move assuming 5M/1 yr or less. Doesn't keep the brewes froming making other moves during the season like Bedard(if healthy)

    I think nobody left except Manny & Dunn will get multi-yr deals. Maybe the O's would offer Looper that much, but it appears Looper will get less than Garland or Wolf.

    Wolf gets 5 million guarenteed & another 2 M in incentuves. I wonder if his knocks Looper's price down enough for the Crew to have a shot at him.

    Supposedly the Dodgers & Wolf are finally close to a deal. The only guy left is Looper unless his demands come down around to 4 million. The trade route will be the way to go. I like alot of the names mentioned Anthony Reyes, Jeff Neimann (sp.), & Boof Boosner all look like decent targets.

    Some reports that he may need surgery now instead of only rehabbing. I doubt if Sheets came back to the crew asking for 8 Million it even would be considered by Melvin. Unless the crew trade Cameron to free up the extra cash for a pitcher needing surgery:)

    Because they're old & they want a young controllable OF. They really don't have any proven OF's on their roster.

    Corey Hart & TGJ for Blanco, Charlie Morton,& Jo-Jo Reyes. Then of course sign the FA OF. (Griffey, Abreu, Dunn.)

    The more I think about it. Odalis Perez makes the most sense. I can't see anyway he gets over a couple million.

    According one of the ESPN reporters he has drop his demands to a one year deal. With the OF depth in the minors. Should the crew consider making a push for him. Obviously Hart would have to be dealt thou. //yes his defense is declining but maybe braun could move to RF. Replacing Harts OBP with Abreu's would certainly helps the offense.

    Odalis Perez or Mark Mulder would be nice signings for depth.

    Trading Hart & adding Dunn would be way better than trading Cameron or Fielder.

    Wolf seems to be a guy the dodgers are zeroing in on.

    Well now we have a max on Prince. That should put team salary around 79 million. I'd hope that gives Melvin enough flexibility to add a decent SP. Not named Oliver Perez.

    Either of these guys will take minor league deals if given a chance to start. Since the crew won't have enough in the budget after Fielder goes threw arby. Which of these injury risks would make the most sense for the Crew?

    Odalis Perez eats up innings. Can't see him making more than 2.5 million on a one yr. deal. He's not a huge downgrade from signing Looper.
