  1. I don't watch tiktok but that is friggin gold, jerry, gold. Its almost too good, that I'm skeptical she is faking it.
  2. I assume this means Lockridge will be in CF. Hopefully Tyler gets the majority of time in LF during this period. Really want to see a more extended oppo for him.
  3. Since the trade deadline, the Brewers are 11-0. In those games: They have scored less than 7 runs only three times Averaged 8.3 runs scored, but only 3.1 runs allowed Run differential of 57 runs Home runs hit: 21 (about 2 per game)
  4. What a game! Only disappointment was Siegler faced all right handed batters. No chance to see him be a switch pitcher. Even MLB Gameday was ready:
  5. Wilken at #17? That seems low. I would not put Fischer (#6) above Adams (#8). Gasser at 18 seems really low as well. Otherwise the list is not too bad. It really is a stacked list of prospects
  6. I think Tyler black will be called up during Collins paternity leave
  7. I'm not sure Henderson going on the IL is fortunate. We still have plenty of depth but I'd rather have Henderson than Tobias going tonight.
  8. This paragraph from above needs repeating (maybe bolded, highlighted, sprinkled with sparkles...) 😄
  9. We need to be singing the praises of Perkins much like we have been doing for Vaughn and Collins. Just amazing
  10. Austin has good K numbers, but just too many walks. He just turned 27 and looks like he will be a minor league free agent at the end of the year.
  11. It has been amazing. Small sample but, Vaughn, Perkins, and Lockridge have all outhit the players they replaced (Hoskins/Bauers, Frelick, Chuourio). Hope they can keep this up.
  12. I think the league figures that this doesnt harm anyone really. If the player was against it (as in a completely fake injury), he could file a grievance with his union. In this case it probably does hurt Miz but he might be able to play through it, but why would he if he can get a 15 day rest and not risk further injury.
  13. They only have 7 runs today. I only watch when they score in double digits. ....make that 8 runs.
  14. Ethan Murray to AAA. He may be our best hope as depth for Ortiz this year. Eduardo Garcia moves up to take his place making room for Adamczewski in A+. It would also be nice to see Jadyn and Handelfry in low A if they can make room. Maybe even Nadal who has come on late in the season. As for pitchers, Biloxi is a little light, so it would be nice to see one or two of the older pitchers in Wisconsin get promoted (Rund, Root, Gillis)
  15. Brewers are not saving any money. Padres will only owe Cortes the prorated MLB minimum salary over the remainder of the season, as the Brewers will be covering the remainder of the approximately $2.4MM owed to Cortes.
  16. In 2021, Brandon was the Yankees #20 prospect per MLB - two higher than Mr. Seigler. His scouting grades were: Scouting grades: Hit: 45 | Power: 50 | Run: 75 | Arm: 45 | Field: 60 | Overall: 45 So clearly speed and defense is his calling card. The power grade is surprising. He showed more power early in his career but little power since. Let's see what the Brewers can do with him.
  17. KC Hunt is a UDFA from 2023 that is 24 year old in AA with a 4.80 ERA. People here still seem high on him. I really wanted Castro but I would not give up Hardin and Hunt for him (assuming my comp is reasonable)
  18. This states that the Brewers get no salary relief in the Cortes trade. Padres will be paying the prorated minimum salary for Cortes (and presumably so will the Brewers with Lockridge when he is in the majors). Wow. The Brewers must sure love Lockridge. After all my complaints about the Civale and Priester trades. I'll withhold my complaints for now. They must see something in him that is worth an overpay.
