Against RHP I think this is the best lineup we can put out there. -
That's an error on Cameron, but really Braun needs to get out of the way on flyballs like that. That's the second time in recent memory that Braun has almost collided with Cameron.

It looks like the HP umpire is giving Yo a little extra room around the edges of the plate. Should bode well for Yo in this game.

How about it? The first time you are caught you are banned from professional baseball forever. Include blood tests and the abillity to go back and retest old samples once new testing methods are found for previously undetectable substances. Why even mess around?

Probably not on the list, but my favorite was always, "Hey, hey, hey. WHAT is going on here?" I also like... "Oh my God they killed Kenny." "Hey now" (LS Show) "Wohw" (Joey Lawrence) "Norm!" "Aaaaaayy" (Fonz) I don't understand how they leave "Willis" out.

The Indians have sent LaPorta back to AAA and recalled OF Trevor Crowe. LaPorta had an OBP of .286 and a SLG of .286 in 42 ABs. LINK

I don't think I would have Corey bunt, but you are right about Corey's crappy hitting right now. He just has no idea where the pitch is. He has got to be a league leader in swing and miss right now. Maybe he should color his hair black again....

To be fair, 3 years ago Bill Hall was coming off a season where he hit 23 HR against righties with a .846 OPS. It was pretty hard for a lot of people to argue against those numbers. He still has value, but it's clear he doesn't have it like he used to with the bat.

That's the best interview I've read on this site and it sure doesn't hurt that Kiesch is such a fan of Milwaukee. I'm not one to buy jerseys, but I've always wanted a Kieschnick jersey. Good stuff Todd. -
BA mentions that the Brewers and Dodgers have the best team ERA in the NL, but they also lead the league in HBP. I wonder if that's more a case of them pitching inside, or the teams they're facing more willing to get a runner on base. Maybe no correlation at all.

You will wake up one Sunday morning after 3 1/2 semesters of college and open up a letter from the Student Loan office. I think that most Cub fans don't watch a lot of Brewer games and still have this idea in their head of Braun as a third baseman. To be fair, both Braun and Soriano are pretty mediocre in the OF, diving catch or not.
