Great win today. Hopefully the Phillies can rally late against that Reds bullpen. -

Yeah they are definitely more competitive than the Cubs.

Anybody know what are runs per game are against lefty starters? I just cringe every time we have to face off against a lefty. That’s my only complaint with the offense right now. We seem to struggle against lefty starters no matter who it is.

Yelich missed two meatball changeups right down the middle. Swinging over the top of everything.

How wild would it be if the Padres missed out on the playoffs altogether? Just goes to show you that you can spend all the money you want and make all the wild trades you want but things still have to go your way and you still have to win ballgames. Doesn't help that they're in a brutal division too.

We have a day off tomorrow. Pina has been hitting the ball better lately but does Omar have to sit against every lefty? Really not a fan when we have to face a lefty starter.

Can somebody beat the Cardinals please. Not that they’re close to us or anything but I just don’t like seeing them rack up a bunch of wins.

Imagine the Pirates lineup with Reynolds, Frazier, Hayes, Meadows, etc. They have really traded away some talent over the years. What a sad organization.

We should have scored a lot more runs off this dud. Hopefully it doesn’t come back to hurt us.

Didn’t get to watch the game today (thankfully). I looked and the Brewers were up 3-0 in the 3rd and I thought they would just cruise to another victory. Next time I looked they were down 14-4. Oops!

Please win tonight. I do not want to lose to these turds twice in the same day. We should be able to beat up on this Keller guy pretty good.

He hasn't been the same player since he shattered his knee in 2019. Is it just a coincidence? I don't know but I'm guessing it's a combination of the knee, back and just not feeling comfortable at the plate in general.
