  1. I’m not. The bullpen stinks right now and Lauer has settled down nicely. Still under 100 pitches.
  2. Really liked what I saw this year from this draft class, particularly Wiemer and Zamora.
  3. Is it possible to get a refund on a $200+ million purchase?
  4. I don’t trust this offense to do anything against anybody right now. Outside of Taylor, they stunk again today.
  5. Doesn’t help that the offense has failed miserably at adding on runs after the grand slam in the 1st.
  6. This offense in the playoffs against elite starting pitching will be a site to behold.
  7. Hopefully Anderson can keep the Brewers in the game for a few innings before he gets hurt and turns it over to Ashby.
  8. If we couldn’t score against freakin Lester and Woodford then how are we going to do anything against Mikolas and Wainwright? We’ll be lucky to get one of these next two.
  9. If we bow out early in the playoffs, it’ll be because of our offense. No question in my mind.
  10. Poor Woodruff. Gives up one run in the 1st inning on a walk basically and he’s probably going to lose this game.
  11. Yeah I think you’re right although I don’t have any stats to back it up. Just seems like the Brewers have a tough time stringing together a bunch of runs unless there are walks and errors involved. Hence, why they scored a bunch of runs in Cleveland for example (errors).
  12. Yeah that seems like a lose lose situation to me. Gross.
  13. Yeah remember when we were outraged a few years ago when he sat a game against the Cubs. Times have changed.
  14. On paper, tonight’s game is extremely winnable but I could also see the offense put up another dud and lose something like 3-2. I would love to go on a rant about Yelich but what’s the point. It is what it is.
  15. The Brewers obviously have a superior pitching staff but the Cardinals offense is probably better, particularly with the 1-2 punch of Goldschmidt and Arenado.
