    Agreed, I remember watching a few minutes of the Athens ceremony and being bored out of my mind, but this was pretty spectacular. The combination of sheer numbers and technological integration made for some spectacular sights. Congrats, China. On the other hand, the shots of Beijing they showed on a local news segment about air quality were disgusting.

    If you have to meet someone, extra $ to cover gas/time seems reasonable, but it's not like that was stated, and as such, it didn't meet the rules, regardless of what the markup is. Deciding what kind of markup/profit is reasonable is something we'd rather not deal with, so it's easier to set a universal condition. Nothing personal intended nor implied.
