Agreed, based on Vegas odds for first two games, and assuming 5o/50 odds for game 3: Brewers win: 0 games: 23% 1 game: 45% 2 games: 27% 3 games: 5% -
Nice writeup but a 350 AB split tells us little. For his very long career, Santana has had a league average split and projects to be about a league average hitter today. We should expect a healthy Tellez to hit better than Santana against righties. Considering their defensive differences, however I'm guessing that the plan is to have Santana start every day at 1B and if/when Tellez is healthy, he will be the LH side of a DH platoon.
