  1. Might? To be fair this was posted when the Dodgers only had a run and there was always the possibility that we could get a runner on base and a routine popup would happen simultaneously with an earthquake that pushed the fences in 250 feet.
  2. Mariners adding 3 or 4 relievers means they add them on 1, 1+1 or 2 year deals and then trade them in the summer if they're performing well. Hader makes less than zero sense for them and isn't going to happen.
  3. Cardinals/Padres is over so it moved to ESPN. The O/U in the first 5 innings was 4 and I'm really regretting not placing a bet on the under because I was really tempted to.
  4. I was wondering if Suter was freaked out being on the stage today. If you remember, he had some trouble in the Wild Card game last year, too. He got the first two outs, gave up a single, Moustakas made an error and then he got the next hitter out. So 1 inning, 1 hit. Not really trouble.
  5. Agreed. I think we've gotten used to those balls 4-5 inches outside the zone getting called strikes because they were quite a bit during the season. They shouldn't be, though. Is this an umpiring crew that the Brewers had at all this summer? Suter also wasn't close to the zone on a lot of pitches. You just aren't going to get the benefit of the doubt when the catcher is consistently reaching and catching balls several inches out of the zone.
  6. Suter deservedly walked 5 guys, that pitch to Hiura was a strike. What are we even watching? What What? Go back and look. Every ball on Suter's walks were out of the strike zone. The strike 3 to Hiura was in the strike zone. This isn't complicated.
  7. Crappy movie spoofs aren't funny and going crazy over them because a baseball player made them is stupid. So basically that is exactly what I said. You are ripping on the guy for having a personality, and for the team for using it in viral video marketing. LOL it didn't go over my head at all. lol that is not what you said at all. I love comedy and the creativity that comes from that. Doing movie spoofs is not comedy or creative.
  8. Crappy movie spoofs aren't funny and going crazy over them because a baseball player made them is stupid. Well, you're fun I am. It's just that movie spoofs aren't funny, no matter who is doing them.
  9. He's not arbitration eligible until 2022 so there would be no reason not to have him. Unless the Angels wanted to trade Mike Trout and insist Vogelbach is part of the deal or something.
  10. Oh yes, because baseball players should only play baseball and have no personality and that's it. I never said that, so congrats on your post?
  11. I've seen this argument a lot and it doesn't really make sense. Arcia was a top prospect too. If you're trying to win in the playoffs you go with the guy who is the better player now, as sad as it is, that's Arcia.
  12. Normally I would say the average joe couldn't come close to doing what a professional athlete could do but I'm pretty sure any average joe could stand there with a bat on his shoulder and wait for ball 4.
