  1. We're playing backups up and down the roster on both sides of the ball but somehow it's smart for our franchise player to be protected by these backups?
  2. Really worth it to play Rodgers. That Jets win is devastating.
  3. Why? Just because? I'd say it's much more likely he keeps the .285 BABIP he had this year than the .339 he had in 2017 considering his batted ball profile and umm, lack of speed.
  4. At least when we traded Sexton we got Molar and Council in return.
  5. Grandal has never had a below average offensive season and Pina has never had an above average offensive season. I don't necessarily want Grandal but he's a pretty significant upgrade over Pina offensively while still being an above average defender. And Grandal is a year and a half younger to boot.
  6. It's why you see a ton of kids that are seniors or declaring early for the draft just skipping these bowls. There's no point in risking injury just to say you won the Pinstripe Bowl or Cheez It Bowl or whatever.
  7. Weird how a crappy bowl gets a crappy start time.
  8. Hiura is right handed and LeMahieu can't hit outside Coors, so if Hiura hits he'll be a much better hitter than LeMahieu.
  9. Way too little.
  10. They're rebuilding and wanted younger players to play and didn't want a malcontent in the locker room whining about playing time?
  11. Never offer a long term deal to a reliever that you can control. The rest either aren't good enough to warrant a long term deal and/or are too old to make it worthwhile.
  12. We, for no reason lost 4 spots in draft position today and that is literally the only thing I take away from this game.
  13. I don't think any team with aspirations of contending will touch him. He's been awful and nobody is going to guarantee him even a relief job if they plan on contending. He should go to a team like the Royals with a small base and a lot of incentives.
  14. We don't have very many RH bats either.
  15. Even looks like he might be related: http://www.milb.com/images/681928/t403/180x270/681928.jpg Hank Azaria's son imo.
  16. The same would be true if he didn't have a no trade clause.
  17. Rockies finally realized that their offense sucks and has been holding them back.
  18. It was great, couldn't have asked for a better way to grow up. This was the mid to late 70's in Southwest Wisconsin. I am still in touch with some of those neighborhood kids, and we often talk about how great we had it...lol You're just repeating the plot of The Sandlot.
  19. And now Ramie is going to 1500 ESPN in Minneapolis. Last day on 1250 is December 31st.
  20. https://www.acmepackingcompany.com/by-the-numbers/2018/12/17/18144142/on-aaron-rodgers-zack-greinke-and-fip-interceptions-too-careful-packers-streak
  21. Would this count as this guy liking a move the Brewers made(or in this case, didn't make)?
  22. His guest spots on MLBTR are cringe worthy.
  23. No loss. He can go be "funny" there.
