  1. Randal Grichuk also going to the Cardinals. Better known as the guy the Angels took one pick before Mike Trout.
  2. That was signed before the new CBA took place.
  3. He posts another blog today on the reaction to the first blog and the fans are just tearing him apart in the comments. http://metsblog.com/metsblog/yesterdays-ryan-braun-rumors-and-internet-reaction/
  4. I can't decide who I hate this deal for, so it's probably fair for both sides.
  5. Morris, Hall, Shackelford and Rogers added. http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/232732061.html I really don't get why Rogers was added.

  7. If you read comments on MLBTR Mets fans absolutely hate this Cerrone guy. Just pulls crap out of his ass like this all the time.
  8. Blast from the past. Cory Provus doing play-by-play for the Badgers on BTN with Mike Kelley as the analyst.
  9. Last 10 years 2012 - 3 (Peralta 56, Jungmann 70, Bradley 71) Segura was also 55th but he was obviously with the Angels when the list came out 2011 - 0 2010 - 3 (Escobar 12, Lawrie 59, Gamel 89) 2009 - 4 (Escobar 19, Gamel 34, Lawrie 81, Jeffress 100) 2008 - 2 (LaPorta 23, Parra 72) 2007 - 3 (Gallardo 16, Braun 26, Inman 91) 2006 - 3 (Fielder 11, Rogers 44, Braun 49) 2005 - 5 (Weeks 8, Fielder 15, Capellan 25, Hardy 28, Rogers 55) 2004 - 6 (Weeks 5, Fielder 10, Hardy 19, Nelson 48, Parra 69, Jones 84) 2003 - 5 (Nelson 23, Jones 56, Fielder 78, Hendrickson 90, Hart 91)
  10. Every player on this team should be made available and traded for the right offer. This organization is just so far behind the rest of the NL Central both in terms of winning right now and having a system that can produce impact talent. They need to completely start over because what they're doing obviously isn't working. Edit: I just read that "article" and it makes Bleacher Report look legitimate. "I'm not going to spend too much time talking about the suspension." Talks about the suspension through the entire "article".
  11. 1. Jimmy Nelson, rhp 2. Tyrone Taylor, of 3. Mitch Haniger, of 4. Johnny Hellweg, rhp 5. Victor Roache, of 6. Taylor Jungmann, rhp 7. Orlando Arcia, ss 8. David Goforth, rhp 9. Devin Williams, rhp 10. Hunter Morris, 1b http://www.baseballamerica.com/minors/2014-milwaukee-brewers-top-10-prospects/ And a depressing tweet from Ben Badler.
  12. Not surprised that Cabrera won again. Maybe Trout will steal some from another deserving player someday. Carlos Gomez finishes 9th in the NL voting.
  13. Anyone who actually thought this new system would help smaller market, lower revenue teams was smoking the finest crack in all the land.
  14. If this leads the Bucks to Wiggins, Exum, Randle etc. and turns the franchise around we need to give the guy who got the bottle smashed over his head free champagne for about 25 years.
  15. This moves them closer to the fans who actually buy tickets. http://i.imgur.com/w9FaGAd.jpg
  16. Unfortunately a baseball season is 6 months. Being on par with the Cardinals for 3 months doesn't really do much when it's the worst in baseball the other 3.
  17. I thought they looked good. Gasser looked good, Dekker is obviously good. Dukan was a surprise. Comfortable lead pretty much the entire game.
  18. Deal reached with Nashville mayor, Sounds and state officials.
  19. My birthday isn't cool enough for the Brewers to have a home game. However the fan vote bobblehead is two days before my birthday and on the same day as my best friend's birthday from the time I was 4 until he moved away in 2nd grade.
  20. If the front office is afraid of making trades because of bobbleheads, I don't want them in the front office. You make trades that make sense for your team, if that means trading a player who is supposed to have a bobblehead later in the year, oh well, too bad, you do it.
  21. I still don't know why you think Boston would do that. They have Jackie Bradley Jr. who can replace Ellsbury, Nava and Carp are far better hitters than Aoki and under control longer as well. It makes no sense for Boston.
  22. Larry Sanders being investigated by Milwaukee police for a fight at a club on Saturday.
  23. Hughes' problems have nothing to do with the New York spotlight and everything to do with being an extreme fly ball pitcher. He would not be helped by Miller Park.
