  1. It is, yes. It'd be greatly appreciated if anyone can go back, take a screenshot of Yo's dad, & post the picture here. Since brwrsfan noted he looks a lot like him, I'm curious to see. Wish I would've seen this earlier before I erased the recording I had. I'll record the replay and hopefully they'll show him, they should but you never know. If they do, I'll get a screenshot for you.
  2. This series is absolutely nuts. Three overtime games, 11 goals scored tonight when only 12 were scored between the two teams in the first three games.
  3. Would rather eat this than watch the Brewers. http://i.imgur.com/AiQdx.gif
  4. Don't know if it's been posted yet but yes we were.
  5. No he hasn't. A - .354/.463/.817 A+ - .334/.406/.740 AA - .330/.385/.715 AAA - .342/.376/.719
  6. I'm not sure about that. Your first instinct when the ball is coming at you is turn and try to avoid it. Not to say pitchers don't get hit in the face but I would think getting hit in the head is more likely.
  7. This is what TheCrew missed from my post. My second point was that Morris is not going to get the PAs once Hart comes back, so he will either rot on the bench (hurt his development) or be sent down and burn an option year unnecessarily. If Morris isn't in the majors full time by the time he's 27, does it really matter if he's burned the option years?
  8. Taking 3rd there made almost no difference in the team's success. If he gets thrown out the inning is over. If he just stays a base hit scores him either way if he's on 2nd or 3rd.
  9. Through 5 innings Arroyo has thrown 10 pitches or more in an inning once.
  10. The kid has no power... That shouldn't be in blue. He doesn't have power.
  11. It's not exactly a great comparison since this is the Final and the Bucks were the 1st round with no chance of winning. Game 1 - 7.6 Game 2 - 4.9 Game 3 - 3.3 Game 4 - 6.3 I can't find game 2 right now but a team that isn't in Wisconsin drawing the same rating as the Bucks in the playoffs isn't very good for the Bucks.
  12. What a game last night. Milwaukee came in as the 5th highest rated market behind Chicago, Boston, Providence and Buffalo. http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2013/06/13/stanley-cup-finals-game-1-delivers-best-overnight-household-rating-since-1997/187266/ Massive rating for the NHL.
  13. I wish I was confident that Yuni would be the one to get the boot when Hart comes back. I don't see that happening though.
  14. All players are eligible after high school. Once you are drafted by that team, they retain your rights even if you go to college. That's the easiest way to do it.
  15. Glad ESPN is bumping the USMNT to ESPN2 so they can finish the Mexico game. Morons.
  16. Ha, just noticed Roenicke took Peralta out after 60 pitches for a pinch hitter and what happens? The RRR special. Squeeze play!
  17. I just came inside from swimming and saw Stanton win the game.
  18. 382 games without a complete game. WOW! Bill just said that RRR does not believe in the complete game. I don't really care about complete games. I'd rather have my starters go 7 innings every game of the year than have 10 complete games where the rest of the starters struggle to make it through 5. Extreme example obviously but complete games don't really mean much.
  19. Pretty obvious the Simpsons based the story of Homer vs Captain Jack on Nottso, it just happened in Louisiana instead of Florida. That's why Nottso lives in North Dakota.
  20. Go Bruins. Hopefully Chara stops with the woefully inaccurate wrist shot that he's fallen in love with. And this is a ratings dream for NBC. Two huge markets that will pull 20s at the very least and if the series goes long could be pulling the 30s and 40s.
  21. Kevin Slowey and Shaun Marcum have each thrown 6 shutout innings. Not notable normally but it is in this game because they both came in in the 12th inning.
