    i think the mets signing rauch and franciso hurts us, but I hoping that KRod sees there is a open closer job in San Diego and does not accept. EDIT: just saw that the padres are close to getting Houston Street which would eliminate another closers job, not looking good...

    brett, i agree with all of you said. ziggler vs punk would have been a great main event for TLC. Nash is terrible on the mike and is not in wrestling shape. Bryan needs to get a bigger push than he is getting.

    i also read over the weekend that Jaime Quirk was offered the bench coach position, which means there could be 3 former brewers on the cubs coaching staff.

    i bought the krod shirt a while back, i think what they do is get a run of shirts and sells them. It takes time for them to print a lot instead of just printing them as orders come in like MilwaukeeShirtGuys.

    Martinez and Larkin, I'm on the fence on Morris and Smith but in the end i don't think they are Hall of Famers.

    i don't really read too much online, but the one site i visit had this report a few weeks back link I also don't think its the taker, they can't every year run a few promos and parade him out as a "surprise" every year before Wrestlemania.

    Jericho said he is not coming back, i think its too early for the taker to come back, and they are running seperate promos for masked kane. i think and hope its someone new.

    me too, and i will dvr raw too unless there is nothing else on tv. i can watch raw in less than 30 minutes. I did watch TNA for a bit because of all the ex-WWE wrestlers on the roster, but it seems to me like its mostly up and coming wrestlers now. Raw is live which is a big plus. I will watch the live smackdown tomorrow, but since i can find out what happens on smackdown or impact before its on TV, there is not much point in watching it.

    the ziggler - punk match last night was a very good match for raw. hopefully they continue to groom him and vicki for the top heels.

    I'd be shocked if it wasn't him, especially since he is no longer Nashville's hitting coach and is scheduled to be the minor league hitting coordinator for '12.

    i don't see it as favoritism, just a re-evaluation, of what is fair. I think it seems fine in 98 to have an even amount of teams in both leagues. Now 14 years later, mlb has seen that it is really a competitive advantage for teams in the al west to only have 4 teams over the nl central with 6. Selig was trying to implement the unbalanced schedule, which is now going to be harder with interleague games every day.

    With Hart, Weeks, Braun, and Yo signed to long term deals, I don't think 2013 is going to be a rebuilding year. The brewers are going to have to be smart about bringing players to compliment the vets and figure out who needs to be traded to get pieces in place. When you have arguably the best player in the NL, i don't think they will rebuild though.

    what did everyone think of last nights episode. I thought it was another stupid episode. I understand that show will never be how it was like season 2 or 3, but there wasn't much funny last night.

    i'm sure they are setting up Nash-Triple H at Wrestlemania, i'm sure things will move along slowly until then since Triple H is out for 6 weeks.

    I think Nyger and Yo are givens. I'd like to see LuCroy too. If they do a sausage, that is fine. At this point, I think less is more with bobbleheads, they are running out of players and then we have Jeff Suppan bobblehead day. I long for the days when you got something useful like a lunch cooler, seat cussion, or umbrella instead of just giving out bobbleheads

    ha i agree, if these are it, its like passing an accident on the freeway, you know you shouldn't look but you can't help it. those are not major league uniforms.

    maybe he is oliver perez, the risk is not that large. you don't give up much and you have to pay him about 5.2 million next season. If he bounces back, you got a steal, if he doesn't you are only on the hook for him this season.
