    according to brewers.com it's going to be hall tonight... Gamel I think has earned another start. He took the first pitch to right last night. Very Impressive.

    nah, its mostly a collection of articles that can be found elsewhere for free. If you want to read gammon's blogs but i think most of the content can be found here as well.

    i like blair, but realize he may not be a good nba player. If I was Hammond, I'd bring back Sessions and let CV go. The bucks then have options, you could get Earl Clark then, which I'd be fine with. Maybe a Jordan Hill will fall to 10 but I wouldn't count on it. If they don't bring back either CV or Sessions, I'd look point gaurd and think Lawson would be the way to go, with Holliday a close second. Also keep in mind that Redd is a FA after this year and the bucks may need to get a 2, like Henderson or Ellington.

    wisconsin's game is on time warner sports for those who have it. looks like i am flipping between the brewers and baby brewers tonight.

    don't really like the lineup. Hart has struggled. I'd rather see Cameron or Hardy bat leadoff, even though I admit there is not a good option with Weeks out and Counsell sitting. I do like Hall batting 2nd against the lefty though.

    i know its not a fair comparison, but the packers have a "G" on their helmet and not a "W" and they are still a state team. I find it interesting that the brewers don't mind putting a "M" on their hat and doesn't have "Milwaukee" on their road jerseys.

    I think we all have our quirks, whether its just posting here, collecting autographs, bobbleheads, or memorabilia. While I don't understand the fascination of just catching baseballs, its his thing and thats fine. The problems I have is taking out any fan to get one (see the infamous spring training video against the dbacks, which has been removed from youtube unfortunately). He talks about not taking out women and children, even though the video shows him almost running over some picnicking women, but why should a guy have to be trampled so he can get a ball. I really don't care even what his demands were, even though I would not demand so much.

    yeah looking forward to seeing what he can do at 3rd. Its a perfect game to put him in, as the twins are starting 2 straight lefties and we have already won the series.

    im not a big jersey guy anymore, but i'd buy an authentic braun road jersey in a second if this gets announced this offseason.

    They just discussed "The Happy Youngster" on PTI! Both guys sided with him! still thats the problem, instead of the national media talking about the brewers winning 17 out of their last 23, we are talking about the happy youngster.

    he was never given an opportunity to succeed and most fair weather fans saw that he was hitless and started piling on him. Its very hard for someone who is used to a an every day player in the minors to come up and pinch hit in the bigs. I hope this is not what the brewers are planning on doing with gamel because we may see similar results and it could destroy his confidence. I understand that doug wants to do well this weekend and wants a well stocked bench and we need a dh and don't have any great choices on the bench, but this could backfire. I still hold adement we need a veteran righty off of the bench and we continue to add lefties.

    i agree, asking for a signed bat from coghlan was a fair request, but that is where it should of stopped. To ask for a Ramirez bat is where he crossed the line, Hanley had nothing to do with this and should not have to give up a game used bat to help out his new teammate. The bad press that the happy youngster is getting to me is not worth a 150 bat signed by Ramirez.

    Huh? You mean move them to the AL West? Otherwise I'm not following you yeah i don't know what i was thinking, you would create natural rivalries with the teams in the sw but then you have 6 teams in the west.

    I always felt moving houston to the nl west would be fair. That would take care of the problem and make things more fair.

    just throwing this out there, if we wanted a vet off of the bench wouldn't bringing back durham make more sense. we need a late innings righty off of the bench and I think cat is counsell with more power.

    also the article states that the brewers are desperate for a left handed bench off of the bench, which is wrong. come on rosenthal.

    probably 5 years too late, i remember when this board was obsessed with us getting him. I wish we would get a righty to play off the bench. Feel bad for Nelson, I wonder if we DFA him if he will clear waivers.

Love and the Special Sauce I have seen Shinedown a number of times and probably won't make the effort to see them again, unless a bunch of friends wants to. Airborne Toxic Event is a band that I really was hoping would come to summerfest so I'm definitely in for that show. Other than that I think its a pretty weak stage.
