I was just thinking, I wonder if Hart is kind of the guy they hold back as a last resort now. They have no backup IF (Hall maybe??), so would Hart be the bench player in case of injury to Counsell or Fielder? I'm still surprised Mench wasn't used. But it worked, so I guess I can't complain.

I think Yost would have hit for Gross, if Estrada had not gotten hurt. With Mench hitting now, they are down to one position player on the bench.
