so wind is blowing out to LF at around 10 mph

P/SUNNY 41 °F

Wind: S 9

Does anyone know a site that tells you which direction each ball park is facing?

2:20 PM ET Record Consensus ML O/U
MIL 1-0 (1-0 V) 32.88 % 148
CHC 0-1 (0-1 H) 67.12 % -156 9.5

Looks like we are bigger underdogs today then on monday....... Do you guys think the total score will be higher or lower the 9.5?

Seatdata.com does.

Against Ted Lilly, I would've put Hart 5th and Hall 6th in the lineup. Wonder why Ned didn't switch them for this game?

I think you have it backwards... from google maps looks like the batter would be facing to the North-east. If wind is blowing south, the wind would be coming out of left field.

If the weather says winds south at 10 mph..... doesn't that mean winds are blowing towards the south?

Our righty filled lineup should be able to take Lilly deep at least once today. I'm excited for a 2-0 start to the season. Lets get Lilly early today and make the Cubs play from behind.

Wind direction means from where the wind comes. A south wind means out of the south; hence, out to left field at Wrigley. A north wind (out of the north) would be in from left.

Okay your right.... I miss read the info givin from a different site.

Kapler batting second makes me a little sad. Should he be batting 7th, with Hart batting 2nd and Hall and Hardy moved up one? I hope Gabe can prove Ned right, but I don't get the logic. Is it because he wants to keep everyone where they are and just switch out the temp CFs for now?

ok some people might not like wreslting but I HAVE to say this.

Hall,Hart and Hardy = Triple H

And if they hit back to back to back home runs this year, im calling that a Pedigree!

Just about game time, and I've got myself a pint of Licher Hefeweizen.

God I love baseball, more importantly Brewers baseball.
