Starters for Saturday and Sunday

Everywhere I look it says that Parra is starting on sat. and Sheets on sun. But I thought I read somewhere else that sheets will be throwing on Sat and Parra on Sun. Anyone know for sure whats up? Thanks all

I'm pretty sure Parra was going to have his turn skipped so Ben could stay on his normal schedule.

Last week they announced that they would go 1-5 with no skips to avoid disrupting Soup and Bush so Parra on Sat and Sheets on Sunday.

Yost said he would not be skipping starters as it would result in only one extra start for Sheets in April.

 

It will be Parra on Sat, Sheets on Sun.

I thought I heard what brewers chic said but I wanted to see Sheets match up with Zito on Sunday so Im a happy camper

If he pitched every fifth day, then yes, his next start after pitching Monday would be Saturday. Because the Brewers have decided to have each starter pitch ever fifth game, the off day Tuesday moves everyone back a day, so Sheets starts on Sunday (when I have tickets :D).

Fine by me. We've had good success against Zito -- who, not saying he is bad, but he IS one of the most overrated and overpaid pitchers in baseball.
